We came here twice and it was AMAZING! So glad we found this place…everything tasted fresh and it comes to you when it’s done so it’s HOT!!! The wait staff is very friendly and helpful with great suggestions. Make sure you you order lots of water if you order spicy. We all ordered different things so we could sample each other’s food and we were happy with it all. I had the shabang shrimp with rice, catfish with sweet potato fries, the awesome specialty (real lump)crab fries, and the fried shrimp with lemon pepper fries ! The prices are way more reasonable than other Crab places, esp when you order al la carte. We will definitely return!

Sad that this is the only Boiling Crab location in all of Florida! Guess it’s just not as popular as on the west coast. Considering this is the only location, I expected better. There were more shrimp heads than shrimp bodies and more mussel shells than actual mussels! Since they charge by weight, this significantly lowered the value of our meal. They don’t have paper menus as they want you to use phones to scan a QR code, but guess what, they don’t have WiFi to let tourists use so the QR codes are pointless! The food was tasty and the staff are amazing. This prevented a 2-star review. Please do better to represent Florida properly!

So happy a restaurant like this has opened in Miami! I haven’t had anything like this since the last time I was in DC over 4 years ago. It seems like they’ve ironed out all the kinks of opening up a restaurant. We were a party of 2 and seated within 30min on a Sat night. Waiter came by the table pretty fast and food came out within 10min of ordering still hot. I would recommend the shrimp because the natural sweetness blends really well with the strong savory sauces. The medium spice level is actually spicy. It is quite salty, but that’s what you should expect from a place like this. Paid less than $30/person including tax and tip. Service was friendly and he explained the menu well for those who have never been. They don’t have disposable gloves, but just ask for a couple of extra bags and you can make do if you really dislike staining your fingers in the juices. Will definitely come back again!

Honestly pretty disappointed in this place. The people were super great but the food was not. Their sign with market prices was not accurate. $31/ lb but not allowed to get one pound by itself??? So had to get two pounds of crabs for the crab to not even be cleaned which also was not mentioned. I understand some places are like this but that needs to be told to the customers before purchasing!!! I’ve never had to clean crabs before so this was a complete turn off. Not to mention the seafood wasn’t all that great tasting either. Very fishy taste to everything as well. The fried oysters were atrocious. The first bite seemed promising but the more you chewed, the worse it got. Whole lot of money went to waste here sadly.

Food was a lot but honestly too bland for someone from the Caribbean. Our waiter, Doug, was friendly and professional.

First Timer. With that being said, the experience went well. The staff was helpful in assisting through the ordering process and I kept it simple. Will definitely explore the menu the next time around. Shrimp and sausage was my choice on the spicy side of the spectrum. Beer on the side. No full bar which is a downside for me but still got my buzz. Had a fun time while eating good. Can’t go wrong with that.

I love this place. The food is delicious every time, the price isn’t absurd (you know what your bill will look like), the service is fantastic (the servers are so kind!), and you’re left overall very satisfied. Even their fries are great! I love the king crab and the clams. It’s worth the price. Every time we come here, my friend destroys the whole Sha-bang sauce. He swears is one of the best he’s had. The only small flaw? I really wish they had shears or scissors instead of the basic tools :/ nonetheless, that’s not a deal breaker. Overall, 10/10!!!
