Amazing service and delicious food! The staff here is awesome, they’re super friendly and attentive. My partner and I have tried their soft shell crab, fried calamari, lobster roll, shrimp poh boy, seafood trio Mac and cheese, and one of their combo boilers. Sadly I was only able to take a picture of their mac and cheese, but everything we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend the mac and cheese, soft shell crab, and the lobster roll!

Family Sunday again, this time we wanted something to eat from the sea, we visited an excellent local restaurant which caught our attention for its steamed food, which they liked with a rich mojito drink, the Mojito was not very high in alcohol but it was good, the children’s food was excellent, especially the Mac cheese, I recommend it if you go with your family since there is a wide variety of food for children and adults, and especially I decided on some fried shrimp with French fries apart from that I ate a fried tilapia, if we talk about the cleanliness it was excellent and the location with great parking.

The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was NOT good! They only had 2 waiters for the all of the people that where there. Our waitress came over once and that was it. All the other times we wanted something we where forced to call someone over. We had seafood boil and they didn’t give us a bucket, bibs or gloves. On top of everything they forgot our drinks and only gave them to us when we reminded them right before leaving. We where their for far longer than absolutely necessary.

Was seated, had our order taken and then that was the last we saw of our waitress. She didn’t come back to asked us if we wanted more cocktails or something else to drink, she didn’t come back to ask if we wanted coffee or dessert and we were celebrating somebody’s birthday. She didn’t bus the table of the dirty dishes. The food was just okay. I wouldn’t go there again. And the cocktail had no horseradish sauce, tartar sauce was not even handmade… You can get better at any fast food joint…surprised from a seafood specific restaurant.

Highly disappointed ☹️, yesterday I went with my daughter per usual we always come to this location for some seafood boils and I let the waitress know the food didn’t taste as per usual and he proceeded to say that nothing had changed and everything was still the same , the cook , the ingredients they use etc.. after my daughter finished eating her crab legs she ended up in the bathroom of the restaurant for near 15 mins & when I myself got home I ended up as well in the bathroom. Seems like the seafood must have been left out the fridge for quite sometime before being used. We got food poisoning and we will not be returning to this location again

I just had, by far the best meal, I’ve ever had before in Waterbury. I started with a Berry Mango Swirl, Frozen Cocktail, and the then for the Main Course I had the Crab Leg Boil with a Garlic, & Butter sauce. Absolutely delicious!!! My server was Kenny and he was an absolute, & complete delight. I’ve attached a few pictures of this Awesome Meal. I highly recommend The Boilery, & ask for Kenny.

Me and my fiance came here for our first date. It was beautiful the Cajun seasoning is where it’s at with the king crab legs and boiled eggs. Side of rice. Yum. They have something for everyone’s taste buds.
