My husband and I came here for crawfish but unfortunately it wasn’t in season and they only serve fresh crawfish. We ended up ordering the snow crab legs, shrimps, mussels with some sides. We went with the trifecta sauce and medium spicy. It was perfect. The service was really great as well. We will definitely be back when crawfish is in season again.

Food is good get the crab and crawfish, workers really don’t like to work there. Bought some clams got dead weight only 5 outta the whole bag where actually full.

Very savory seafood restaurant. However, I discovered, after picking up an order of shrimp from here and later peeling them to eat, that I can be a bit of a prissy. Boy, was that a mess to get ready for devouring. Tasty though! Not sure that I could survive this process in a public restaurant setting.

We really enjoyed our crab . The arugula & apple salad was fresh. The staff was very attentive & the food was yummy. A fun outing with nice music playing.

the best Cajun seafood place I have ever been. Even better than those famous ones in New Orleans!!! Price is super reasonable, and seafood is super fresh!!! Order the head-on shrimp and the corn bread and your stomach will thank me.

Went here for our anniversary, and we’ve been to crazy crab in streamwood and wild crab boil, and the trifecta sauce they have here is 100% better than the other places. The service was good, the price was more than reasonable and they had great sides. The garlic noodles and the corn bread was very good. This will definitely be our go to now for seafood boils.

Been touring the city trying different boil eateries and so far this one is on the bottom of my list. The menu is a bit limited (only veggie options for the boil are potatoes and corn), the sauce was less flavorful than some other similar restaurants and the seating is pretty sparse (the place isn’t very big). Also, no alcohol is served here though you are encouraged to BYOB or wine. Overall it’s fine for getting your seafood fix if you live in the area and don’t wanna travel far but there are better options to explore.

There is a plumbing problem there but they did the best they could about the odor. But the food was excellent as always. Ulessyes was so attentive to all of need. We live in Waukegan so we’re there at least once a month. I love the Boiler. But I wish you would buy a bigger place

This place blew my mind out of the water. I grew up on the Mississippi gulf coast eatting all kinds of seafood. This is the first place in this area that has a seafood boil that reminds me of being at home. Keep up the excellent cooking.

I really love this place. It’s friendly. Pretty fast for a walk-in order in the atmosphere is to die for. Highly highly recommended.
