Always great service and food is sublime. Well portioned and delicious. Steak was juicy and tender. I had the cod, and it was so soft!

A high end, quality slice of Boston atmosphere in Lynn. The food is superb. Each plate is extremely flavourful and delicious. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a good eat. The happy hour apps are a must try.

Excellent food and service . My only complaint would be the cocktails were not the greatest, served lukewarm instead of icy cold. Fun vibe and every item we ordered was delicious. Pear salad with fresh salmon was a standout, as were the calamari and truffle fries.

First time coming and I had a good experience. The food was really good! Calamari was fresh, the rigatoni bolognase was so good. Sat by the window and felt slightly closed in. Service felt rushed and wasn’t offered a dessert menu.

Since I was going to a concert I anticipated 1.5 hours would be fine. The fact that it was a very busy Saturday night and the place was packed and very noisy was less than ideal. The baked brie starter was good. The bread and butter is excellent. The restaurant is missing an opportunity to elevate the menu. I ordered the pear salad with a side of warm lobster meat. This dish was good but could have great. I would have listed it separately as a naked lobster roll minus the bun with half the pear salad. I would add either two onion rings or french fries. The wait staff could not have been nicer and the meal was expedited so I made it to the concert on time. The three stars are for making us wait a half hour past our reservation and the restaurant was too loud for easy conversation.

Holy moly! Wasn’t expecting this. We had a great meal. We live about 40 minutes away and was meeting a friend from out of town. I picked this place because the reviews were good and we were not disappointed. The portion sizes are large so I ended up taking half of my pork chop entree home. It was tasty when I had it at the restaurant but when I heated it up the next day it tasted even better! Our waitress was super nice and attentive. This is definitely a hidden gem! Whenever I am in the area again this will be my go to spot! We parked right out front. Not sure if it was legit parking but I didn’t see any signs saying otherwise and it was at about 7 pm well after the after work traffic.

Excellent food and service. The bread with maple butter was so good we ate two baskets of it before we even ordered our entrees. The entrees were all outstanding. Our party had a pork dish, two steaks dishes and a pasta dish. Everyone loved their choices and they were cooked exactly as we wanted them. The server was very friendly and made us feel like regulars. He was spot on with his suggestions of both drinks and entrees. We had reservations for 7 pm on a Friday night and were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival. The bar was packed but the noise level was not too loud. Free parking is available in the adjacent bank’s parking lot.

On June 1st, 2023 my parents and I visited the Blue Ox to celebrate my birthday. Upon arriving at our table, we noticed that the tables and seats were full of breadcrumbs. After we had settled into our table, we noticed a fly moving back and forth. Shortly after, a waitress came to our table to take orders. We informed her of the fly that roamed around the dining hall and she did not seem to care about it or notify her manager. Moreover, the waitress failed to identify herself and seemed disappointed when we did not order any appetisers or drinks. After the unnamed waitress had taken our order, another employee brought us a bread basket. My mother had noticed that she had very long and unpresentable nails. About 15 minutes later, the same employee brought us our food and my mother seemed very disgusted and uncomfortable. Upon tasting the burgers, we noticed that they were undercooked and mushy. The fries and the sandwiches had a very overwhelming taste of vinegar. We waited patiently to find the waitress who had taken our orders but she did not come back until we ready to leave. The waitress finally came back to our table to check on us and we informed her that we were not satisfied. The waitress simply replied with “Sorry about that” and didn’t offer to bring back the food to the kitchen or bring us something else. A few minutes later, she came back to our table to ask if we wanted dessert but we declined.
