I always pass by this place living in Magnolia and finally thought I’d take chance on it. I feel a lot of reviews in Magnolia are inflated for restaurants but this one is actually accurate. I had lunch here with my toddler (there’s seating inside), and they are so sweet. The sandwiches are delicious. I had the Reuben and the bread wasn’t dry and crusty like it is at most places. My toddler is a picky eater and he even liked it. Definitely should try this place if you’re wanting a hot or cold sandwich. There aren’t much vegetables/any (mostly meat and cheese) on most of the sandwiches, and the coffee is hit or miss but it’s a solid hot sandwich place. There is ample seating inside.
