My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for so long. We decided to plan a date night here. Upon getting there, we were seated in the back (near the restroom).Our server came and took our drink orders. The drinks were sour and tasted like a bunch of bitters, and the food took about an hour to come out, even without a large crowd. We also noticed that it seems that they put all of the people of color in the back of the restaurant. The service was subpar, and we truly felt that we were placed in the back and forgotten about. When the food did come out, my pork chop, and my husbands steak was charred and tasted like dirty grill. The lobster Mac & cheese was dry and really isn’t a true lobster Mac and cheese. For this place to be “upscale,” it was definitely subpar and I will not return. We also didn’t even see, or get to experience the bar area.

Unreal! The ambience is amazing and the food is even better. Wow! Def try the beef tips and ahi poke apps. Drinks were great too. Soft live music was a bonus. The perfect date night spot. Alanna was our server and she was great too. Overall great experience. Five stars.

MY HUSBAD ORDERED THE 36OZ. PORTERHOUSE medium rare. This was their special for the evening $70.00 . Unfortunately , they had overcooked it to a medium well. He had to send it back and 30 minutes later they brought a new steak to him. Unfortunately, I had to eat without my husband and it ruined our special dinner. Not much help from management or waiter. We will not be going back there

This place is absolutely wonderful. My waitress, Mary, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She made great recommendations and obviously cares about the restaurant due to her enthusiasm. I ordered the blu halo chop(pictured) and was pretty burnt. I eventually told Mary and she was very apologetic and worked immediately to fix it. Moments later the assistant manager, Tate, came over and sincerely apologized. It is so comforting to see management apologize in person when the staff makes a mistake. The second time the pork chop was cooked to perfection! My favorite part of it all was the pistachio creme brulee(pictured)… it was honestly one of the best desserts I have ever had the privilege of eating. I will go out of my way, if for nothing else, the pistachio creme brulee and the grilled cream corn(not pictured). You won’t be disappointed!

*absolutely no COVID-19 protocols* We had a reservation & upon walking in requested to sit outside. (Hostesses not wearing masks) We were told that outside was reserved- which puzzled us because when you make a reservation online there isn’t an option to choose location of seating. We were directed to an inside table, but within about 10-15 minutes our area was totally over packed. We observed people walking around, staff & customers, not wearing masks & definitely not an inch of distance between anyone. My husband requested another table & we sat at a high top at the bar. We had ordered truffle fries as an appetizer, but what we received was really cold fries glistening in oil w/some truffle flavor- that was pretty disappointing. My husband enjoyed his Chimichurri steak & my burger was alright. I do wish they mentioned it came with a ciabatta bun because I don’t like that kind of bread. Also the seasoning they put on the fries just really didn’t taste good at all. Nothing about the meal was appealing. The best part was the salad, the goat cheese & strawberries were refreshing. Although it did feel like there was too much dressing in it for my taste. Overall, definitely not a place to visit if you’re still trying to take COVID-19 precautions because no one there cares. This is our 4th time coming to this restaurant & it’s sad to say that the food has gone down. Not worth returning to.
