Amazing place to eat! Food is absolutely phenomenal!!! Ordered the Elk, I have no words of how delicious this dish was. Atmosphere is awesome also! Staff is very knowledgeable about the menu, and very friendly. When we walked up, we were greeted with a very welcoming smile. We will definitely be going back!

This a great restaurant! The food is really good and the drinks are even better. The elk was mouth-watering and one of our favorite dishes. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We asked for custom drinks and they came through with an amazing drink that we loved. It’s in an old house and the upstairs feels slanted but it didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommend

Came here with some new friends. Had a reservation so we managed to get seated right away. The service was fantastic and was attentive. Everything was presented very beautifully and everything tasted great. Drinks were on the pricey side along with the meals but was worth it for the service and the flavor. Will definitely be back for sure to try other dishes and so many sounded very delicious.

The Fall menu has something for everyone. We choose a tasty charcuterie board – so many amazing flavors. Stuffed pork chop was nicely seared, generous portion. The Beef Bulgogi was tender, and spicy. Save room for dessert – Peanut Butter chocolate pie and Olive oil cake with a scoop of home made ice cream. The personal attention from our server was top notch, Robie gave us great drink selections – Vanilla Lavender Martini & Lemongrass lemonade. Love this place.

This is where you want to go for quality, well-prepared entrees, drinks, & desserts.The food is mouthwatering, prepared to perfection, and top quality. The Chef & pastry chef are incredible and the service by all staff is kind, efficient, & memorable. Our waiter, Robi, was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, & easy to talk to. He made our experience so enjoyable. We can’t stop raving about Bistro on 2nd. It’s a must & we will definitely be back.

We went here on July 18th for our Wed. Anniversary and the experience started out good. We spent well over $100 for 2. The service is a little slow but the restaurant is quaint and nice. After eating the final leaf of my salad there was a long hair curled at the bottom of the plate. I told our waiter pretty quickly, name is Robbie, the first thing he said ” I wish you would have told me sooner”. He never apologized or offered a comp for anything, he only got defensive and kind of obnoxious. Even though the food tastes good I now question the quality and cleanliness. After being treated they way we were I can’t recommend this Bistro to anyone nor will we go back. The food and drinks were way overpriced for the quality. By the way we found out later that Robbie is one of the owners so the attitude of this restaurant won’t change if he is leading it.

We celebrated our anniversary at the Bistro and it was very special. The chef is a true artist and prepared excellent dishes full of interesting favors and superb presentation. The wait staff were super attentive and made us feel at home. We had the prosciutto wrapped halibut and elk tenderloin for our entrees. Both were prepared perfectly and the elk was the best i have ever tasted. The grilled romaine salad was delicious. And the olive cake with orange glaze was amazing. We will be definitely be looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

Every detail of the food was perfect. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the flavors were all so balanced. The mushrooms were super fresh and high quality, the mixed drinks were delicious and balanced beautifully, and the charcuterie board tasted as delicious as it was stunning! The prices are fair and the service was excellent. If I could give 6/5 stars I would. My partner and I will definitely be back!

The Bistro is my favorite restaurant, not just in Monument, but seriously ever. The menu is crafted by their wonderful chef who really loves what he does. The food is upscale and absolutely to die for. ✨ Their cocktails are all wonderful as well. The outdoor patio seating is lovely in the summer, and they have a nice big fire going outside in the winter. The fancy mac and cheese with chicken and bacon is my husband’s favorite, and I get something new every time.
