Baristas don’t know how to make the drinks on their menu. Ordered the cafe signature latte and was told he didn’t know what it was (even though it had the ingredients listed on the menu), so he made a pumpkin drink instead. I also orderes and was charged for a flavored latte but received a plain latte (multiple times). Don’t waste your time – drive less than a mile to a real Starbucks or Caribou Coffee. If you do order here, keep your physical receipt as they will charge your room a different amount entirely.
