Initially skeptical, we settled and had beer and supper. It seems that there was a mixe up in the kitchen and we did not get exactly we ordered. BUT: Araya, our waitress, fixed everything with a smile and professional attitude, we rarely see. So great to see committed young people like ger. to help us. Two thumbs up

Bartender was an artist! Food was good, fresh and tasty. Waitress was very pleasant & helpful. It’s pricey, but look where you are. This ain’t Kansas Dorothy!

Delicious food and very convenient for guests! I would eat the guacamole with a spoon. And I did. Staff was wonderful as well even during a busy time.

The ceasar salad and hamburger were good. I particularly liked the rocket salad that I selected for a side.

Over priced and not worth the price. Potpie and “salad.” Salad was horrible and couldn’t eat more than one bite.

It’s barely a bar / resuraunt. The atmosphere is nice and they serve food and drinks, but it’s literally the lobby of the hotel, the check-in desk is literally 20 feet from the bar. And while well meaning, the staff seem like they have no experience in the service industry.

The Bistro could easily score 4 of 5 stars with a little more attention to detail. Here’s a tip, go to the bar to order. You’ll see waitresses and even a menu on the seat-yourself tables, but no one comes to take your order. They simply deliver what you ordered at the bar. The food quality is fine, better than I expect from a hotel lobby lounge. I had the brussel sprouts appetizer and a burger. The brussel sprouts were tasty, but over cooked and doused with too much vinegar. I still ate almost all of the generous serving. The burger was typical. Where they struggled was with cocktail recipes. The olives they use added a funny taste to my vodka dirty martini, and they poured as much vermouth as vodka. So I switched to a Cadillac margarita. Their bar mix is simply not good. Not the bartender’s fault. She followed the Marriott recipe. Come on Marriott, I’m not asking for a custom hand crafted muddled cocktail. They should have these basic drinks dialed in by now. Order wine or beer.

This “restaurant” is terrible. The food is bad AND THE SERVICE IS THE EFFING WORST!! If you order a beer, it will be delivered with half of the beer running down the side of the glass, with a side of “how dare you make me do work” attitude. Not to mention that the bartender / waitress basically pulls whatever tap they want regardless of what you order (I got flak for saying that the stout they handed me was not the ale that I ordered).

The food is sub par. Not worth the money. They don’t even try. The green that come with the main dish take up most of the plate. The salad and broccoli are both unpalatable, very tart. I have been to this Bistro multiple times, they are constant…. Constantly bad!

If you have allergies, be VERY careful with this place. The menu does not list all ingredients. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and unbeknownst to me, there was a thick spread of garlic aioli inside. This addition was not described on the menu. Ugh. Grilled cheese is supposed to be a relatively safe menu choice.
