Good tasting food but took over an hour to order our main course. Luckily we ordered appetizers when we first got there and had them to munch on after about a half hour. 3/4 peoples food was room temperature at best. Was out of half the meat they sell. Good tasting food but the service was the worst we’ve ever experienced anywhere.

This restaurant used to very good. The menu items and sandwich selections were creative and flavorful. The new menu is not as appetizing and I noticed there were many less customers in the restaurant compared to previous visits. I am glad a restaurant chose to open in the downtown location it did and was pleased that the food was good. If they went back to the previous menu and way of doing business it would be great. Other customers here have stated the same and the owner wrote comments in response that only shows his unwillingness to accept feedback.

The service was a little slow at first, but the waitress was very nice.

Service was quick and friendly. Pulled pork was bland, but not awful and was enhanced with their BBQ sauce, which is decent. The “brisket” was very juicy, but completely absent of flavor. It was fatty and the texture/appearance seemed off. I’m giving it three stars because it filled me up and was decently priced.

Ordered the ribs and there was quite a lot of fat in them as others have mentioned, but fortunately the taste was great. Choosing the sauce was a nice touch. Noticing a lot of inconsistency with the website and the actual restaurant. I asked a question on the website and the customer support online is atrocious. The restaurant staff seem nice enough though. 2 stars only because the food was pretty good.

When we first arrived, it was at least 5 minutes before anyone greeted us at the hostess stand. The temperature was quite cold, so much so that I had to go back to our vehicle to get our heavier jackets. The waitress wasn’t all that friendly, and we had to flag her down several times to get her attention. Finally, the portion sizes were on the low end, so that was a little disappointing. All of that aside, the food was pretty good, and the restaurant was cute, albeit on the small side. Seating is very limited when the outside patio is not open.

I got there atleast 1-2 times a week. I normally get the lunch special, and it never disappoints me. Also, My server Alexus is always amazing. She is very nice and tuned into me as a customer. I would recommend their food to anyone!! I’ll be a loyalty customer until I die.

As a regular weekly patron, I went into the establishment and was promptly seated. I was very familiar with the staff and aware the menu changed regularly. I simply messaged the restaurant while waiting for the food with feedback as to how the menu selection was limiting and the draft choice going to micro-brew was disheartening. I commented on a post and was immediately approached by a gentleman I had never met. He informed me that he invested 250,000 dollars into the company, not me. I had tried to message prior to his arrival to the table, that the food was good as always but I had been blocked. This man was very rude. And though this was a couple months ago, I have yet to return. A critique isn’t just the positives, but negative and areas for improvement as well. I have never been so insulted. If the doors close, it will be this mans attitude chasing people. I hope you never encounter this guy. He will remind you that all he cares about is the dollar…. like you don’t PAY TO BE THERE.
