My boyfriend and I happened to stumble in here looking for a place to hang before the ball game.

What a great addition to downtown. The service, food and atmosphere were all so amazing and I love their unique take on each dish. We started out with the spicy margarita and the Game, Set, Match (which if you like gin – it’s phenomenal) and the pasta nachos and disco fries. And then a strawberry salad with red pork tacos and finished it off with dessert. I got the vanilla ice cream with olive oil and salt, bacon brittle on top of the maple glaze donut and OMG. I highly recommend if you would like a different and delicious take of American food and it’s dog friendly!

I’ve been wanting to try the Bellwether since they’ve moved in here at the old Liberty Tap Room. I like the remodeling they did, opening up the dining area. Nice large tvs to keep up with the games going on.

Our visit to The Bellwether was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The service was attentive, and the restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere. Our group especially liked the spicy Ba-Ram-Ewe Cocktail. Highly recommended!

Food was pretty good but the portion sizes are VERY small. The sliders and shrimp roll were TINY. The disco fries were a hit! I would recommend this place for small plates but don’t come here expecting dinner portions. Kind of expensive for what you get.

Small portion size overall (see photo), average to below average cocktails. Spelling errors on menu. Nice service and environment. Sliders were good. Steak was cooked well. Not a bad wait time. Could easily get better with time.

Wonderful experience today at The Bellweather! We tried the BLT dip, wonton nachos, bell bombs, Caesar salad, and grilled chicken sandwich. Everything was excellent! I got a side salad with my grilled chicken sandwich and the ranch was amazing! The kids meals are also top notch! They come with fries or fresh fruit and the fruit is high quality with blackberries and raspberries (not the normal melon and pineapple and grapes that are usually old and mushy from most restaurants). The new menu has some really great items! Our service was fantastic! Our server was very attentive and our food came out fast and hot. Will def be back!

Wow! I used to work at Liberty Taproom and to see what they have done to re do this space is amazing! Such a great atmosphere. Our bartender Markell was one of the best we’ve ever had. Amazing personality, always smiling and made us delicious cocktails! You must try the pork belly biscuits and disco fries! We will definitely be back 🙂

Great cocktails and bar service! Good pretzel with beer cheese and spicy Asian-style fried cauliflower (it’s like General Tso’s chicken, but cauliflower instead of chicken).
