It was perfect for the amount of guests I was able to invite. Upon inquiring about this venue I was asked about how many guest would be attending. I replied 120. They said it would accommodate that many guests. I made my deposit and paid the rental fee. Luckily I hadn’t mailed out my invitations yet. Upon a walk through 2 weeks before my event I was told there was 15 tables and 90 CHAIRS!! I had to shorten my guest list!! My caterer was already paid!! I informed them the day before I would be in to pick up the key and go in to start decorating. I was told I would have had to pay $100 to get in the day BEFORE the event. I stated that it was never disclosed to me in the contract or verbally. Someone else was using it so I would have to wait til 8 that morning to come in after maintenance cleaned. Well that was a lie!! We monitored it all day & night! Yes it has a kitchen but no refrigerator! Which makes ice runs lots of fun on a hot July evening!

Love the Beer Warehouse venue! So much history…a little hidden jem in the heart of Floresville history and downtown area. Love the Floresville Community Market held there every 2nd Saturday….really adds to and brings out the Community!

I rented this place because it was my last resort. I wanted to make my daughter a 15th bday party. The lease guy was very friendly and kind but the hall not so much. Its very over budget and there were leaks inside places of hall he got someone to fix while i was decorating. Well the party night it was raining and my guests were getting water drippings on there hair and food. It was so cold in there heater never worked and NO HOT WATER!! I just saw people leaving because they said it was too cold for them. I had to warm up water in a bowl in microwave just so they could have hot water to wash hands with. It was a mess. way over priced for the service

Do NOT rent this venue if the weather is above 75. If dealing with the city trying to rent this venue wasn’t bad enough the inadequate AC system was the icing on the cake.

This is a small Hall to rent for events prints for $500 they do cleanup that’s a good thing about it it’s Western look Indian side and outside there’s paved parking there is a small kitchen that you could utilize no stove no refrigerator but has plugs for your crock pots or anything you need to keep warm
