Sorry to see many unhappy reviews… However having been there from the very start I can understand some of the criticism as there was definitely a learning curve and unable to find consistent staffing another big issue but things have been turning around ever since, I believe they now have the best pizza in the area, their wings and other food items are delicious as well, and the drink prices have been adjusted and are now in line with the area. I would recommend another visit if you haven’t been there in a while

We were greeted by a friendly staff and the food was very good. The owner came to our table to make sure everything was ok, and that is a sign of a well run place. We will be back for sure.

Stopped in here on a Friday. Honestly didn’t try the food cause we weren’t blown away by the menu. You can tell the owners have been putting in a lot of work. Patio is a little plain yet, but the inside looks great and is an improvement from the days of splash. All the staff and the owners were VERY nice and great to deal with. Nice work.

After years of going to “The Splash,” I’m pleased with the new changes! The food was fantastic and as always this location is perfect for families, the kids love playing outside here while we grown-ups enjoy a drink! The pizza was great, after reading the other reviews I expected a bad experience but found the ONE server they had to be friendly and helpful. It’s maybe not the place to go for a “quick bite” but if you want quality food and a nice enjoyable dinner with your family, this is a great choice. PS. CASH ONLY!

The food is delicious! Jordan in the kitchen area is top notch! Service at the food counter is perfect! This is my third visit and service at the bar was awful! Also comments made by whom appeared to be the manager or owner made it seem like they provide good customer service at their bar. That is not the case drink prices are inconsistent and overpriced and the bartender can’t even explain why she’s charging different prices. You’ll wait forever for a drink. I will be back, but only for food to go!!

Did not feel welcome there. Bar service was poor and bartenders were rude and ignorant. Tried to support local new establishment but was clearly not appreciated. Had large group but I guess they do not like money from Illinoisans. Too bad for them. Won’t be back.

We came for a post dinner drink to support the local business. The owner was very rude to us and basically told us we weren’t welcome there. It’s unfortunate since we would have liked to bring back some friends. We wish you the best of luck on your new endeavor. We obviously won’t be back .
