Nice mom and pop feel diner. Meats are cut for you but sides are self serve. Beans were a star, coleslaw not so much. Got a 3 meat and tried the turkey, brisket, and sausage. Sauce is good. Also ordered fully loaded potato and blackberry cobbler. Cobbler is sweet and delicious and the potato was tender and good. We stayed and chatted for over 45 minutes and never felt rushed.

We were starved and just so happened to see this place and said why not. The pulled pork sandwich wasn’t bad at all nor the sides. The customer service could of been a little more welcoming.

The best is to get your meat by the pound. Service was a little like we were bothering them on the first visit, and the portions were very small. All you can eat of the sides, but we don’t do the sides, so when we went back. We did the drive, though, and got just meat by the pound.

Food was really good and the meats are portioned out right there in front of you when you order. Rest of the meal is buffet style and worth the money. Friendly folks, good food, hard to beat. Don’t care much for the iced tea but the peach cobbler was very good.

I had originally given this place 5 stars.. however they have went downhill. Now all their food is worse than cafeteria food. It’s like all they do is reheat precooked food. Their sauces are so very watered down that you might as well just use plain water. The pictures were from our first time here 7 months ago. I wish they would go back to that…

If I could give this place 10 stars, I definitely would! This place is AMAZING! Service is OUTSTANDING! I’m 99% Vegan & come in at least once a week to have lunch with my husband on his break. The big boss man knows my order by heart. I always get a Baked Potato with butter, cheese, & BBQ Sauce (no meat) with rice & beans & a pecan pie. Living in itty bitty Nac-a-no-where, our Vegan options are extremely limited. So sometimes I just have to pick my battles & realize that butter &/or cheese is going to end up on something, because everything in this town is strictly meat & cheese. Service is always great- place is always clean- food is always yummy!
