Came in on a Friday around 8PM. Sat right away and server came within 5 minutes. Ordered drinks and they came quickly as well. Small menu but a good variety of options. Drinks were cold and good. We didn’t order food but what we saw passing by looked good. Small space with a modern “hole in the wall” vibe. A few games like ski ball and fooseball available to play. Small patio with a few tables, nice Mister system, overlooking Gilbert Rd.

Good vibe and one of the only places that stays open late during the week in the are. The cocktails were strong and tasty, and they had a decent draft selection. The food I felt was pricey for what it was. The cheese curds were $9 and was a very small portion. The service at the bar was a bit slow, but not bad. I like that they had a wheel you could spin to get a discounted shot! Fun vibe 🙂

We went for an early dinner and the food is definitely worth the cost! I had the meyer lemon vodka drink and it was so refreshing!!! The chicken satay was grilled perfectly, the Royale with cheese and Ceasar salad was phenomenal, and the wings were tasty just super spicy haha! I thought they might have Pulp Fiction playing in the background but if you are into sports they have lots of big tvs to watch. You can sit inside or out and there is a lot of pulp fiction feel to it. They said after 10pm they have dancing and don’t let anyone under 21 in, so we will have to check that out! I want to go back for dessert!!

Perfect addition the the Heritage District. Honestly had no expectations but very happy we decided to try out The Bar! Great atmosphere from the Pulp Fiction mural to the simple and tasteful decor throughout. Excellent sound system keeps the sound clear and rich without blasting it. Excellent TV placement and enough TVs for everyone to see no matter where you’re seated. We had the wings (buffalo and teriyaki) , salad and potato skins. These are not those tiny little wings… these are meaty, large wings and bot the Buffalo and Teriyaki were excellent. Salad is LARGE and enough for at least 2 or 3 people to share. Skins were great size and perfectly prepared. Very impressed with the bar, beer, cocktail and wine selection. Something for everyone. Now to top off our experience…. ALISON took great care of us as well as everyone else who arrived while we were there. So attentive, sweet, proactive but not intrusive and very efficient. Alison is a true asset to The Bar and we look forward to game nights durng the week here. Welcome to the strip… we will be regulars,no doubt!

My husband and I had a great time at the bar! Our service Eileen took great care of us and was very nice. The bartender, Sammy was also really cool. This was our first time but they had great cocktails, wings, and onion rings!

We were excited to try new places. The atmosphere was cool. However, when we were paying we saw the receipt saying we gotta pay 3.5% card fee. I mean if we have to do it okay I can pay but how about giving a little heads-up in the menu or the waitress could tell us. Even when we were out of the place, five-sixish staff were hanging out right in front of the door and kinda blocked. You don’t have to say goodbye but how about giving some space to get out? Lol

Sunday trivia. This place in downtown Gilbert has so much potential..problem is the bartender, and the absence of a server is a huge problem.. the bartender did not seem interested in getting drinks for the customers. Stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes while she was clearing a spot at the bar. Call me crazy but you would think customers should be treated as a priority… most of us have worked in customer service or the restaurant industry..in my opinion,we should not tip when service is so awful…owner needs to get a hold on this or the investment is flying out the door.

Grimy and gross. A real dive compared to the rest of the bars and restaurants in Downtown Gilbert. Other than the one main mural that’s covering the character’s faces, there’s no Pulp Fiction theme happening in this bar whether in the decor or on the menu, which was a disappointment and the only reason we even went in the first place. The one bartender they had was visibly super high, poured wrong beers and didn’t seem aware of what liquors they had available. Definitely will not be back or recommend this to anyone.

Fun Pulp Fiction themed atmosphere. The ribs and French fries were great. The salmon was just okay. The sauce on the salmon was too vinegary and too spicy, but asparagus was excellent.
