First off, I love that they have online ordering. It makes running in and grabbing food a quick task in the middle of a busy day! Second, the staff is super nice, friendly, and even helped me make decisions when I can’t figure out which bagel I want ha ha. Third, the bagels are literally so amazing!!!! I’ve always been a bread queen but I’ve never stuffed so many bagels in my face before. I’ve never had food for dine in, but it is in a convenient location and I’ve always been able to get parking!

The BEST! My new favorite place at the lake. The cutest atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible bagels! I got the cheddar bagel with red pepper/garlic schmear and it was perfect! Not just another bagel place, the Bagel & I is exceptional. We were greeted by the owners who are friendly, helpful, and chatty as you care to be. The bagels (we tried plain, cheddar cheese, and pumpernickel…which was dark and wonderfully rich) are delicious and very much New York style. The menu is thorough without being overwhelming. The schmears (the three of us all had different flavors: plain, red pepper/garlic, and honey walnut) were fabulous. We grabbed a couple tubs to go and a bag of day olds which felt just as fresh as today made. Will definitely be a regular breakfast and lunch favorite. Thank you so much, Andrew and Kim!

A local store recommended we try The Bagel &I for lunch. As soon as we walked in we could smell that the suggestion was good. Our bagel sandwiches were delicious and the staff warm and welcoming. Kim, the owner, gave us a sample of the bagel chips with red pepper & garlic cream cheese, and a scallion cream cheese. Both were amazing! A sign told us that Cinnamon Rolls are available on Saturday and Sunday. This is on our calendar for this Saturday. The staff suggested that we go early.

First time this week. Great bagels. French toast, cinnamon crunch were very good. Try bacon egg and cheese in the store. Friendly and efficient. in and out in few minutes. Parking is sometimes hard when they are busy.

I appreciate the friendly service to go with the fresh, oversized bagels in many varieties. The new permanent location in Westlake is a vast improvement over selling bagels from a parking lot on the weekends. A little pricier than store-bought bagels, but it’s definitely worth the premium.

One drawback is that I thought it was a little pricey. But I guess the economy plays a ROLL on everything including bagels. Great atmosphere, ultra courteous and friendly staff. Bagels were delicious, along with a great cup of coffee. It’s been a while since I had a place like this to go to around here.

My experience was disappointing instead of going to Bojangles I gave this place a try. The line moved fast. Noted it was 11 AM. The cashier never asked for my name…which I knew would be a problem leading forward. As we wait. Time went on and a employee sat and did nothing. I asked what was going on 20 minutes after I ordered 2 bagels and they said “we will start working on it” the manager was very rude towards me while asking for a name on the order when the cashier never asked for one. All in all I’ll be taking my time else where. Bojangles was easier and better.
