It’s a run down place not much to look at…. but the best cheese burger I’ve ever ate!!!! The girl at the register was attentive and didn’t hurry me along when I didn’t know what I wanted and answered my questions… and when I ordered my ff burnt they delivered… food was FABULOUS!!!!!! Will definitely be back

Never had eaten at the Arsenal even after living in Cherokee county for over 20 years, but when I finally did, I was hooked! Love their cheeseburgers and the breakfast special with bacon, grits, and toast with extra butter. Everyone is always so nice and makes sure everything is perfect!

Great food at an even better price. Kind of difficult to get to due to the construction. Fairly small on the inside as far as seating. Can not go wrong with the hotdogs and and hamburger steak.

We are never disappointed! Food and staff are always amazing. Definitely our favorite place to eat right now. I recommend the wings or bacon cheeseburger!

Little hole in the wall place by the interstate. Not much to look at on outside or inside but food was great and pretty inexpensive. Lots of people there.

The Arsenal is a long time favorite of mine for hot dogs, I’ve been eating hot dogs from there for 50 years so you know they are doing something right.

A colleague and I jumped off the interstate to go to a different restaurant that turned out to be inside a gas station and we were turning around next to the Arsenal and frankly were underwhelmed by the exterior. There were cars there though and when looked up it had 4.6 stars so we decided to take a chance. This place could be the picture in the dictionary for divey, in a good way. The menu board is loaded with greasy spoon favorites and they had homemade candy for sale on the counter. You could get a bologna burger, vegetable soup and grilled cheese combo, and many more. I opted for the “world famous” hot dog. I got it with the homemade chili and slaw on top of mustard and onions. I wouldn’t class it as world famous but it was a solid entry in the diner dog category. The folks working there were nice and the clientele was obviously largely made up of regulars. I’d stop again and try the bacon cheeseburger one regular recommended because he didn’t eat hot dogs.
