We went to “That’s A Wrap” today for lunch and had a wonderful experience! The Cafe is movie themed, including decor and the names of their signature wraps, along with movies playing on multiple screens visible from all of the seating areas.

I’ve actually never experienced an establishment that not only offers amazing food but the service is out of this world. They are kind, caring, generous and authentically human. I was in a tough spot and needed to charge my phone. I purchased a drink and the “3 Amigos” wrap on a tomato wrap. They were so kind and considerate and made sure that I was not only enjoying my meal but “OK”. This is a rare occurrence and I feel privileged to have been a patron of “It’s A Wrap”

First time visit, atmosphere, decor were great. The dish I had, hash eggs and cheese did not have the visual appeal as the description. As you know you first eat with your senses and visually is real important, but that’s just me. It’s worth a visit .

Wraps and sandwiches are delicious, fresh and stuffed! Soup and sandwich hit the spot on a cold day. Their salads are big and full of fresh vegetables. And I’ve ALWAYS received service with a smile. Glad you are in the neighborhood! This my go to lunch spot!

I ordered a Greek salad with chicken, which was delicious, fresh and authentic. The homemade lemon dressing paired perfectly with the salad. There was enough salad to take home for leftovers. The service is outstanding – friendly, welcoming and quick. It is also very cute with its movie themed decor. Cleanliness is an A+! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch. Planning to go back soon!

I stumbled across this quaint place and was immediately greeted with unmatched hospitality. I got the special for the day which was a delicious hot honey chicken sandwich with swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato. I also had to try the tomato rice soup which was so amazing. Really hit the spot on a rainy day. As I was eating my food, I overheard a conversation between a customer and one of the workers. The customer called in an order and showed up later than she expected. The worker then cooked up a fresh batch of french fries for the customer. That level of attention to detail is why I think this place will thrive!

That’s A Wrap is a fantastic place to grab a delicious meal. What particularly impressed me about this place was their fantastic customer service. They always put the customer’s satisfaction first, and I experienced this firsthand when something wasn’t quite right with my order. However, they looked out for me and made it right by fixing the issue promptly, which made me feel valued and appreciated. Let’s talk about their wraps! They’re so, so delicious! You can actually taste the freshness in every bite. They use only the highest-quality ingredients, which made me enjoy their food even more. Every wrap is packed with flavor, and it’s hard not to fall in love with each and every one. If you’re looking for a tasty meal that won’t disappoint, then That’s A Wrap is the perfect destination for you. With great customer service and mouth-watering wraps, This place is easily one of my favorite places to grab a meal in town.

Holy customer service Batman! This place is incredible. Tbh I haven’t even tried their food yet and I know I’ll be coming back. I just ordered some delivery, I had called ahead to see what the specials were, and the woman who answered the phone helped me right away, and when I mentioned I was ordering the special for delivery she took my order to make sure the correct items would be sent to me even though I was ordering through DoorDash. When ordering I added on the pasta salad which I hadn’t mention on the phone, I figured they’d only have the one option. But NO!!! Not only do they have several options, but the woman called me back to ask which one I wanted rather than going with the default option. 100% above and beyond. Incredible. I’m still blown away, which is why I’m leaving a review. Keep it up guys!!!
