Will admit, I was concerned at first since this was a last minute decision and walking in the first thing I smelt was the grease of the fryer. However, the staff was friendly and it didn’t matter if it was my server or another, they filled my glass when the walked by. Taking the advice of my server to get the lasagna and add the Sicilian sausage was the best decision that night. Absolutely perfect. Tons of cheeses and the noodles were firm but not hard. The sausage added that extra flavor that paired well with the seasoned vegetables, again not over or under cooked. But before the Italian masterpiece, I was served the clam chowder which if I had to criticize anything would be to add more clams to the pot. It still had great flavor, it just could use a little more meat. If around Poulsbo, WA I’d suggest stopping by for supper, you will get full.

We ordered portobello mushroom appetizer and Caesar Salad with chicken. The appetizer came with two baked garlic cloves, bread, brie and a small tomato sauce. We assembled all the ingredients on the bread. It was very delicious. The Caesar salad with chicken was good, especially eaten with the baked garlic.

Loved the small, quant, local vibe to the restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly without being over the top. The sausage in the Sicilian spaghetti dish was so flavorful; just the right amount of spice.

A friend of mine went in tonight to have a pizza. We have been there before and he gets their gluten free pizza do to his food allergies. He has a service dog, Charlie, that goes with him everywhere to keep him away from food that he is fatally allergic to. Tonight the waitress refused to let him in because of Charlie who was wearing his service animal vest and Jerry told her he was a service animal. She still refused and the manager just made excuses for her and wouldn’t correct the situation. Apparently federal law does not apply to them.

Pizza is not good, undercooked and doughy with no color on it at all. The crust has no flavor and they just need to bake it longer or change the recipe altogether. I’m sorry to say but, don’t waste your money.

Food was delicious, loved that they had a kids menu and you can request to sit out on the patio overlooking the water.

Nice restaurant with good food and decent prices. Excellent wine recommendations and staff. The Italian sausage red sauce was delicious, but we didn’t find out until the end it cost 8$ to add it. The host had offered it like it was an easy substitute, and that you could choose between the sauces for no extra cost. It was worth it and I only mention it so nobody is surprised when their bill is a good 20$ more than they expected.

I give it 4 stars because of the location and service. We wanted to go to “The Loft” but, they had too long of a wait. The owner was very accommodating for our large party to sit outside. He was very friendly and sociable. The location is beautiful with a water view. My only complaint is that I ordered the “large” slice of pizza with salad and WELL… wish I had taken a picture because it was SOO small. It was about a third the size of a Costco slice. I ordered it with 3 ingredients, only got 2 but, I ate it anyway. Prices too much for portion size. The rest of our party was satisfied with their meals.

Never been here before tonight. Got lasagna and a kids meal spaghetti to go. I was very pleased with the quality of the food and the packaging of the to-go food. These were hearty, flavorful dishes! This would be a five star review if not for two things. Firstly, this was not an affordable meal in the least. It’s good food; be prepared to pay for it! Secondly is the restaurant itself. There were flies in the dining room, so I can only imagine they were in the kitchen as well. It’s not exactly as elegant of a setting as I would expect for this quality of food at this price point.
