I’ve been here 4x in 6 days and I’m staying an hour away. The Chana Masala is the best food I’ve had on the island. Everyone is extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend! The naan is perfect, the chickpeas are cooked beautifully, the rice is not bland and the spice is great. Do yourself and stop by. 10/10 (Vegan Friendly)

The naan is incredible fresh and hot. It’s so soft you’ll at least need one each or you’ll regret it. The butter chicken was unbelievable and a chicken tikka masala was amazing as well. The mango drink is very creamy and refreshing.

Butter chicken and chicken Tikka masala are great. Butter shrimp was good too. Add Baby naan, good meal. Very kind people with great service and aloha. Lamb biryani was great and comes with raita. Coconut chicken was just ok.

Best Indian we’ve had on island. Love the baby naan! I usually get tikka masala or butter shrimp/chicken. I like to switch between spice levels of mild and mild plus depending on my mood. Their lamb biryani is delicious as well. Love the outdoor covered seating and ambiance.

First time trying this place out. I got the Butter Chicken and my wife got the Chicken Tikka Marsala and we both loved our meals. The Samosas are also yummy as well! Will definitely come back and try out their other dishes!

Absolutely delightful experience at That Indian Place. The ambiance was charming, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering Indian dishes, bursting with authentic flavors. I highly recommend trying their butter chicken and biryani. I can’t wait to visit again!

If you are in Kauai, you must eat here! This place has amazing, flavorful foods. The Chana masala was my favorite with the garlic naan. What made the experience even better was the owner and every worker there. They are such kind people making delicious foods. My boyfriend and I ate here everyday.. yes, it’s that good!

Food was delicious and nan was amazing. The only complaint is portions are small and you have to pay extra for rice with an entree. I’ve never eaten at an Indian restaurant where they charge you extra for rice with your meal. But I will eat here again it’s great quality.

Such a great experience! We were both muttering “mmm” & “nomnom” the entire meal! Everything we tasted is delicious. The freshest, very-warm Naan and the Samosa (w/a tasty tamarind dipping sauce). To our entrees of coconut mahi-mahi (ordered very spicy!) and Lamb Rogan Josh (ordered medium spice) were two of the best meals we’ve had at any Indian restaurant- maybe ever?!!
