Only open on the weekends as of this review. But with the limited time available, Thao’s Bistro definitely knows how to make it worth’s the time. I’ve been here a few times and it’s probably the best at so many Vietnamese dishes.

Was recommended from a friend. We love to try lil’ hole in the wall secret gems. This place was hands down, the best Vietnamese restaurant we’ve been to in Wichita. The food was very impressive! You could just taste the freshness all the way from the rice to the vegetables. And their soda lemonade was addictive. Could not stop drinking it. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The owner and his daughter were very nice, they made you feel like you were their top priority. Very courteous and professional.

This restauraunt is truly a hidden gem. The food is wonderful, and the service is great. Me and my wife have eaten at pretty much every Asian food restaurant in Wichita and surroundings areas, and this is in the top 5%. The only bad thing is that it is closed Monday to Thursday, but when they are open, it is the best in town. Incredibly affordable, too. Great all around.

The food was so DELICIOUS that we decided to move to Kansas! Just so we can eat here ALL THE TIME. Service was great. Portion sizes are plentiful. Extremely AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food. The eggrolls come with lettuce!! The Phổ – from presentation to taste is unequivocally the BEST. LOVED the Viet coffee! Will go back again and again and will also try that fish.
