Good, these guys put their hearts and souls in making this place as warm and cozy as possible, joking, suggesting, asking for your opinion. I truly believe the food is made of the best ingredients they can get their hands on and cooked to the best abilities, it tastes excellent, with all the right spices and ingredients in it. Of course it is not a fancy restaurant but for a gas station food stop it’s more than you could hope for. Vegan options are available, you can ask to modify your dish. They also have boba tea, Thai tea, iced coffee, lemonade, etc. Drinks are southern sweet though, so keep it in mind, Very Sweet! Overall Great job guys, thank you for a great time and meals!

Great Thai food from a gas station! It’s a small place, but you can dine in or out. The owner Brian and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provide tasting samples, so you can decide what to order. I ordered the cashew chicken and egg roll.

WOW! This whole experience is so fun. I would go back just for the customer service even if the food was mediocre but thankfully this food is, as the owner would say, THAI-RRIFIC! It’s so welcoming, fun, clean, affordable, and tasty. I always want to try something different each time I come and I have yet to be disappointed!! Seriously don’t doubt it because it’s attached to a gas station, it’s the place to have dinner tonight in Radford.

The 4.9 rating is completely deserved…best Thai food in SW Virginia. Eat in and enjoy the ebullient atmosphere and wonderful smells of made to order traditional dishes and creative fusion. To slake the heat of fresh chili peppers, try the Lemon Ginger Float. My first experience with the Grilled Beef Salad – I’ll be back for more. Brian, Jane and family run a clean and cheerful restaurant – at a gas station!

Easily one of the best restaurants in the NRV, period. A lot of us locals get carryout, but it’s also a pleasant enough place to eat in if you’re on your way somewhere. You won’t be sorry. The spicy pork bowl is amazing. I also love the basil chicken and cashew chicken. They do a great job on crispy tofu too if you prefer that to the chicken. Definitely stop in!

This is now my families favorite restaurant. My kids fell in love with the food and kept saying “that man is the nicest person ever” (Brian, the owner) and really, he is. He is so welcoming and accommodating. If you are unsure about something and want to try it first before buying.. he does not hesitate a bit to give you a sample. (Which you really don’t even need because I can assure you, everything there is AMAZING!!) thank you Brian and staff, for always giving an amazing experience every time we visit.

We like to support small businesses. After reading the reviews, we tried this unique place. Food was delicious. Being able sample before ordering is a HUGE plus. Out 3 samples were all good but we both had a favorite. My husband had the Alfredo dish and I had the Basil chicken.

Never have I ever written a google review before, but Thai This Express was *just that darn delicious* that I had to write one! At first, I was a bit thrown off by the location (attached to a gas station), but don’t let this deter you! The staff was so kind, answered all of my questions, and had an absolutely unmatched positive energy. The menu rotates so keep an eye on their facebook page if you are looking to try a specific dish. 100000/10 recommend!

Absolutely amazing! The food is incredible and the hospitality is the best. The owner made us feel right at home. Even let us try a sample before we decided to make sure we loved what we ordered. Food is very authentic with some fusion dishes as well. Price is just right! Portions are great. We will be regulars! Don’t let the gas station turn you around. A true treasure in Radford. Worth the drive if you’re in the surrounding area.
