The food is amazing, and the people there are amazing! Definitely a family establishment. Sometimes their young son is there and he rides his little tri-ke around and honestly if the food wasn’t even good I’d come just for that. Their mango sticky rice hits every time too. But seriously it’s such a nice experience every time I come and I’ve been coming consistently for almost 3 years now!

Delicious! I participated in a class that catered from Thai silk express. We had pad Thai, pad see ew, and a chicken curry. The pad see ew was hands down AMAZING. It has a sweet flavor to it, a nice texture, and I was also really impressed at how good the curry was. It looks good, but tastes even better, especially with the rice. It was super satisfying to the taste buds. If you’ve never had Thai food before or are looking for a Thai place to go to in DTLA, come here. Order out, because you won’t regret it — you’ll end up enjoying it!! The pad Thai though, was probably my least favorite of the three. It was decent overall; still flavorful, but the other two definitely exceeded my expectations.

Ordered take out from this local spot for the first time- Tom Yum, Pad Sew Yoo, amd fried rice. Over all the food was good, my only critique is that the rice lacked flavor. The food was ready pretty quickly and place adheres to Covid Guidelines by not allowing dine-in, sanitizing, and wearing masks.

I have tried several Thai restaurants in Boyle Heights/East LA. This blows the rest out of the water. The food tastes authentic, the ingredients used are of high quality, and everything is cooked to perfection.

Stopped by here after waiting for my girl to get her nails done and man was the food good, the service was fast too. My only problem with this place is they’re supper skimpy on their shrimp, chicken, and beef. Shrimp fried rice had 4 pieces for $14, combination chow mein had 2 pieces of shrimp, 2 pieces of beef and 2 pieces of chicken for $16, the soup with mushrooms had 5 pieces of shrimps for $15. Would not come back and do not recommend it because proteins seem to be scarce here.

This thai place is super yummy. I have tasted other tom yum soups and this one has been one of the best. Good quality in the chicken, great balance of sour/spicy. Service is good, and place looks clean. Made the experience worth it, and has made me come back twice in the past week. Thought i would share and write this review. Enjoy!
