Let me start by saying I love thai food and eat it several times a week. The service was absolutely horrible, the waitress was very uninterested and lacks in people skills. Food was dropped on the table, not even in front of us, and she walked away without saying a word. Check was dropped off before entrees even arrived. My girlfriend ordered diet coke, it came out completely flat…no fizz at all. The veggies were tough and chewy, tasted like they were frozen and just reheated. The food was seasoned poorly. The decor is cheap, with hand written signs that had prices scribbled out and redone several times. Worst Thai restaurant experience of my life. Don’t even bother with this one. The owner does seem like a nice guy, but everything else about this place is awful.

After living in Thailand for a year, I’ve been looking long and hard for a Thai restaurant that doesn’t Americanize their dishes. I found it!!!!!! Just sorry I haven’t been here sooner. Absolutely delicious, authentic. The owner is sweet and humble – surprising me with a noodle dish that brought memories flooding back. The prices are incredible considering how rare this is to find.

One of the best Thai restaurants in Lewisville. It’s a family run business. Every item that we have ordered till now had a unique flavour to it. We normally do pickup and had good customer service experience.

LOVE THE PAD THAI! Best I’ve had in Texas; the most authentic flavor. Not American-ized or Mexican-ized. I’ve had a lot of Pad Thai in a lot of places. My grandson tried nearly everything they had and was very happy. I try to make the carry-out two meals but just can’t put it down.

Although the food was rather good, I am giving Thai Pepper only 2 stars because of the service. Our first time eating there was last night and they were dead, we were the only 2 people in there. Maybe based on that the staff thought they could go on pretending no one was there.

Good portion sizes, but the pad Thai doesn’t really pop with flavor as I would expect. For whatever reason, the suburbs have sub-par Thai food vs. the Oak Lawn/Uptown area. We gave the place a couple shots, but it tasted bland both times.

The food was blah it did not taste fresh but from a can. The restaurant itself was dirty and disgusting. The setting was very quiet. The service was not so great either. Please hear my heart I do not discriminate but the restaurant had a special person for the waitress with no one else to help her. She got our order wrong and was not able to understand us to fix it. They also use canned drinks and charge per can. I will not be back.

Extremely disappointed with how the owner lied to my face. I didn’t realize at the time that he was the owner, but that is the only explanation that makes any sense. I ordered from Thai Pepper (as I havefor over 2 years) and the deliveryman made the delivery told me he was retiring. I said congrats and he left. Then I called today to make a delivery order and the same man answered and told me that he would not deliver to me anymore, it was too far… I live 3.5 miles away… And he had been delivering to me for over 2 years. So, when he said he was retiring, what he really meant was he would no longer deliver to me though they still offer delivery!

I agree with Varghese’s review and that our food seemed a little watered down. Wife and I had Pad Thai, coconut soup, and house salad w/peanut dressing. Our dinner didnt seem to hit the spot like our normal thai favorites in bedford(thai jasmine/thai thip).
