I understand the lunch rush, but I had to wait 30 minutes till they took my drink orders. Hire more staff or have waters, napkins, utensils ready. The food was good but it made me not want to come back and dine in. I’ll do to-go next time.

Great food but some of the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Called for pickup and was put on hold for 5 mins then they hung up. Called again and was put on hold for another 20 min before they hung up again. Staff offered no explanation or apologies. When I arrived to pickup the food the restaurant was empty. When I asked for an explanation they only said “I already apologized”. This service and two entrees was not worth the 38$ I was charged for the food.

I’ll let the photo speak for itself on the rating. We’ve done take out and love the food, had family visiting and went to dine in, staff was rude. There was a roach on a fork that was brought to us, just a quick sorry and avoidance from the staff after that.

You may not think there could possibly be good sushi in Portales but there is! Love the bazooka roll and really anything else. Their boba teas are delicious. So are the crab boils. If you like rice dishes try the bankers special!

We made the order exactly at 8:04 during my husband’s 50min lunch break. Got told 15min and we got our food at 8:47 as we were about to ask for refund with no time to eat. My husband didn’t get to eat during his break. I sat down just now to eat it and it’s soggy and gooey. Which means it’s been sitting there for a while. I’m hangry and furious that the food isn’t even good after all that waiting. I worked the industry before an am aware of behind the scenes so I thought against leaving a bad review. Till I tasted the food.
