Horrible experience ordered from this place and waited about 30 mins over the time they said order would be ready. Regretfully spent about $50 on this meal drove all the way home just to open the bag to a container of dry burnt chicken bites, barely any fries at all and they were extremely cold and soggy, the chicken bites were legit just burnt peaces of chicken crust that was not even chewable, suppose to be buffalo bites i did not see any sauce on the burnt chicken crusts they gave me rather just little droplets of hot sauce scattered around the tray with just some dry burnt crust this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. For them to be charging these amounts and serving people garbage food, no one picks up the phone at this place whenever you try to call… im not sure what the management is doing but they need to definitely take a look at their kitchens and see whats going on because the staff seems okay its the people putting together the meals, last 3 times i ordered from here i had a horrible experience i didnt report or review at the time but this has been 3 times in a row I’ve absolutely wasted my money ordering from this place expecting to get a decent meal. Extremely unsatisfactory, very disappointed this most definitely will be my last time ever eating from this establishment.

Working nights in the same plaza. Went there 3 times. First two times french-fries came cold. Third time, give up waiting for my burger after 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Needs improvement at kitchen is a understatement. I don’t like to say anything bad about places. I have too much respect for whoever is working, but they miss the mark three times in one week. Hope they can get their s**t together soon.

Sat at the bar waiting for 10 minutes, then once she acknowledged me said sorry. I said I would like a blue moon. She was wastful, not knowing how to pour a beer. It was all foam and she kept pouring it down the drain. I also ask for an app and it was Chips and anchovies. Never came out 30 minutes and after I was done with my beer, I said forget it, got the check and left. I never eat out and this why. Poor service. Your customer that are in your building matter. Hire people that acknowledged that!!!!! Awful customer service. I was a paying customer and the employee you pay is losing you so much money and including your cook!!!!! I had Wendy as a bartender and she was amazing, she is no longer there. She made sure i was good and acknowledged my presents immediately. It’s all about customer service that’s why you’re open?! Ooh one thing your menu looks like the friendly menue. I’m going to stop talking. Hire an observer because this is bad business.
