Great food. The only concern I have is that the floor was sticky around our table. Oh, and the big ribs seem more like short ribs. Take a look for yourself, compare to the length of the tines on the fork.

Me and my fiancé had just left an amusement park and were hoping to enjoy a nice meal before driving all the way home. It was only 2 pm and the restaurant was pretty slow. Upon walking in we were greeted by the host, who decided to sit us at a dirty, 6 top table with no menus. He came back with the menus and we were able to order our appetizer and meal. Our waitress; Brianna; took our order and we didn’t see her again until she came to drop off our entrees. I wasn’t even able to order a different drink until nearly the end. A man with glasses who im assuming was the manager because he was the only one in a button down, dropped off our appetizer with no plates and we had to eat over just the bare dirty table. Finally Brianna came out with our entrees. Both my burger, and my francés steak were extremely over cooked, but no one had came by to make sure everything had came out alright. I couldn’t get the managers name because he was so quick to drop off the appetizer and leave. At this point i was passed talking to him anyway. I managed to get Briannas attention as she was walking by picking her ear and ask for the bill. Brianna dropped off the bill and hovered over until i was ready to pay. Annoyed with her and her service, i got on my phone so she could walk away and i can comfortably open my wallet. All in all, an absolute horrible experience and i will never be returning to this TGIF location ever again.

Arrived late into Orlando, TGIs was right across from our hotel so popped in for a late evening meal. It’s a big, busy place. Greeted well and lead to a table at what felt like the back of the restaurant. It was warm here…we seemed to walk all the way past the cool section. We both went for the lobster and steak special…it was better than expected…ok not big or fancy but perfectly fine for the cost. Had a couple of beers and the wife had a cocktail…not bad that’s for sure.

My biggest issue is the Loaded Potato Skins. They cost $13.59 and were small and half of them had barely anything on them. Informed the bartender and he took them but informed them I did not want any more. When it was time to pay about 45 min later I had to remind the bartender to comp the potato skins. **Always check your receipts before you pay**

Great place to eat and great prices too. Just outside Universal Studios. We ate supper here all 5 nights. Was close to our hotel and was way cheaper than eating at the City-walk restaurants. Great variety in food. Had Cajun shrimp pasta one night, burger, tried the rib and wings, fajitas, chicken burgers and Cesar Salad. No complaints. Something different every night. Was very impressed by the friendly staff and food selection. 2 dollar drafts are why we walked back to our hotel 😉

$13 for 6 small reheated frozen potato skins that taste rubbery and $5 for chips and salsa that tastes like Ragu. Really disappointed with this restaurant. I was hopeful because they have a beyond burger, but the prices are astronomical, burger being $18. I unfortunately will not be back
