Went here recently the food and drinks were incredible. The only problem was that a panhandler interrupted me and my family while we were eating to beg us for money. He then proceeded to bother another table until management kicked him out. It was kind of an unpleasant experience, but not unheard of for the area.

The food was decent, the waitress was very nice and knew her job. There are clearly management and staffing issues. Friday at around 1, she was the only one working. I would almost believe she also had to cook too. We felt bad for her.

My meal was very satisfying. The service on a Saturday night was lacking. Staff shortage and late arrival of employee resulted in long wait. Waitress never even checked in during our meal and took forever to pick up the check. Wasn’t even that busy because others left due to the longer waiting.

We absolutely love the ribs at TGI Fridays. They have many more items on the menu but we go for the ribs. My wife and I each have our own Barbecue Sauce we prefer. The Restaurant is always clean and the Waite staff is very friendly.

Super unprofessional first I order a plate and then send what ever they decide tú send me and send me a pasta and then when I order the second day, the same place that I ordered the day before which is a grilled chicken with mashed potato they did it yeah but they did not even cook the chicken

Staff was friendly but food was dry, tough and stale (I got the ribs). The entire interior is so dark as well. No windows and lights weren’t bright enough. Mozz sticks were great per usual. The entire family was not satisfied with their meals. My mom even pulled out a 20% off coupon from the last time she was there and they messed up. Probably wouldn’t go back to this location.

Service was a bit slow, like they were short staffed, but it didn’t appear busy. The appetizer was good, as were the soups. Our salad had some brown pieces in the lettuce, which was clearly noticeable. Our server was very polite and had a genuine smile, she was also bartending. Overall I would probably only come here for appetizers and drinks.

Takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but after three strikes this is it….. this TGI Fridays location at 335 Union Street in Waterbury is a 50/50 between having a average delivery or a disaster. Guess I’ve gotten the bad side of the coin three times in a row recently. This above is literally what we been getting for fries, almost look like leftovers. Aside from that, the avocado chicken sandwich has had a perfect record of having no avocado.
