I docked a point for the service because… I called the night before to ask if I needed a reservation given it is graduation month. I was informed no you don’t just call in an hour ahead. I called in an hour ahead the next day and they asked me if I had a reservation; I said no. They said well you need a reservation for today. There must have been a lack of communication… but I went to the restaurant anyways knowing I would be able to get a seating she asked me how many I told her 18. In which the girl says I can only do tables up to 10. To which I replied okay 1 of 10 and another of 8. The hostess then says I can’t do that each table only holds 6. She needs to work on her communication skills. So I told her it would be best to say I can sit up to ten people are you okay with 3 tables with the possibility of them not being together? Anyways that was the crummy part, the food was delicious and the servers were great I left happy after all. Thank you for dinner.

The service was great! But our table was dirty and my steak came out basically rare cause they were in a dinner rush. I didn’t mention anything other wise this problem cause have been fix. But our service was amazing and really funny.

It had been years since we’ve been to Texas Roadhouse. The main reason for going there is because I got my Veterans Day certificate. Instead of using it at that time we just decided to eat in. My wife got the Country Fried Sirloin, my son went with the barbequed chicken and ribs, and I had the grilled chicken salad. Best salad I’ve had in my 62 years on this planet. We’ve been back a couple times since then which was about a month or so ago and have enjoyed it each time.

Absolutely would not go again. They made my steak raw TWICE! And instead of giving me a new steak the second time since I touched it and cut it, the contaminated the other steaks it may have been grilled with by putting it back on the grill. But it still came out raw the second time. And the shrimp was room temperature. The atmosphere was chaotic. Would not go ever again.

Party of 10 we had to wait 2 and a half hours before seating. Not to mention the host was snobby with their remakes towards us as we just wanted to know how many people were ahead of us. We only stayed as it was our mothers bday and she really wanted it. Then for a 2 and half hour wait we get split into two tables and next to the bathroom not what I was expecting for such a delay. We ordered and it took nearly 1 hour to get food. Had to send back as they didn’t cook steaks properly. The atmosphere here felt horrible compared to last time time we came Nov of 2022. I did see a sign stating you can call in advance to get your name and party on wait list. I only say that because everyone told me before it wasn’t allowed I hope that helps you with planning anything big.
