Rachel is a beautiful mama to be and a wonderful server!! This has been a best restaurant experience we have had in the last year. After back to back bad experiences at other places we just haven’t been out very much. I’m so glad we came here!! Also, I have a severe food allergy to cinnamon. Everyone took great care to make sure that I didn’t have to worry! I will come back to see her!!

He always takes care of our table and I give him 100% +++ ok and the reason why I gave the restaurant only 4 stars because the bathrooms are super dirty and smelled so bad they should have better maintenance…

This time was great. There were issues in the past with service and food quality. Gave them another try on Saturday. Great improvement! We ordered catfish! It was cooked perfectly. The rolls are always great! The side salads were good, not just a bowl of lettice.

Went there for lunch on 3/12; our server was Kylee; Food was okay. Kylee was nice. So many people in there. We got there just in time before it got super crowded and with a line waiting out the door when we left.

We waited a really long time to get our food. My daughters ordered steak medium well, it came out well done. They didn’t seem to care that the meat was over cooked. The waitress offered to make it over but who would wait another 30+ mins.

This location was one of the worst , I usually have the pork chops and I had it so many times before!!! usually it’s trimmed with little fat around it , but this time it had lots of fat I asked the manger her name was BriAnn if the meat quality has changed because I never had pork chops with that much fat on it ,she said that pork chops usually have fat around it , I said based on my experience with Texas roadhouse I never had this bad quality of meat ,She kinda got aggressive and didn’t show any good hospitality ! My wife ordered 8oz Filet mignon cooked Medium ,it looked good till she cut through it and it was bloody , she asked our sweet server to cook it some more , few minutes later the aggressive manager brought it back and slammed it on the table without apologizing , the steak was burned and tasted like burnt cardboard !! We had such a miserable Easter Dinner ! We will never go back to this location !

Texas Roadhouse is normally very good, and this wasn’t my first visit. Everything started off well up until we got our meal and had the chicken fried chicken . The chicken was unbearable to eat for the salt and the gravy was salty. I made the manager aware of it, and she had them to make me another plate. By the time I got it, I needed to go, so I took it as carryout. Got home, and it was still salty. Just maybe the cook was having a bad day. The waitress ran my bill and charged me a card and gave me the WRONG RECEIPT GREAT vibes coming from the young lady just slow and weak performance
