I always get the traditional cut NY Strip at Texas Roadhouse and this location nailed it. A perfect medium rare. Every bite was delicious. A tremendous value. Salad and mashed potatoes were sold as well. Service by Hawthorn was top notch. Plenty of refills and appetizers came out quickly. Manager checked on us twice. Without having been everywhere in Lawton, this is probably the best spot in town.

Service was extremely slow and this is the smallest, cramped Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. It’s so crowded and chaotic that the staff don’t really look like they care about you because they are always scurrying around the restaurant. I would feel bad if they were understaffed, but they aren’t. Tons of them just stand around watching TV or chatting with each other. Food was mediocre, favorite part of the meal was the raspberry tea. Loved being able to pay on the tablet so we could get out of the hectic place quickly.

Update 5/7/2023: I returned to Texas Roadhouse, for date night, and without skipping a beat, this restaurant has proven why they are the best when it comes to quality food and a great atmosphere. I had a 12 oz Ft. Worth Ribeye and my girlfriend had the Ribs. Thank you TRH for amazing service… Ok this is by far the best Texas Roadhouse, i have ever been too. Our waitress Esther, was awesome, she always had a smile on her face and our cups never come close to being empty. The food was fantastic. We, being my mom and I, had the Cactus Blossom, which was great, with ranch. We weren’t fans of the blossom dipping sauce, but that’s for you to judge. I had the ribs and they couldn’t be picked up by the bone, because the meat was tender. My mom had a 14oz Rib Eye steak. The steak was cooked perfect and needed no sauce. If i could rate the service, it was a 10 stars in your book. Great job to Texas Roadhouse and Esther our waitress for a fantastic job.

So, we get here at 3:30pm ; we had are party with us and were told 0-10min wait. Well one of us had to go to the car to grab our child’s diaper bag, and then they removed us from the wait list and we ended up waiting 45min.

We had to wait about 10 minutes to get seated. 3 of the 4 steaks we ordered was cooked wrong, they remade mine but then my sides were cold once it arrived. The waitress was nice and so was the rest of staff. The onion blossom was delicious.

First time dining in at the Lawton location. The ribeye never let’s me down. It’s always cooked perfectly. My lady’s steak medallions were good too. We be back. Probably get the chicken fried steak or the pork chops next time.

Had a tiny mishap with the host staff in the beginning of our experience. It was very upsetting but I talked to Heather the manager, and she showed genuine compassion and listened to my concern. It wasn’t about trying to get anyone in trouble or anything for free, it was just nice to see a manager actually show that they truly care about keeping positive guest connections. Thank you for making the experience better tonight. Also the waitress and other staff members that delivered our items through out the visit were very friendly.
