Joining the waitlist is a must. It’s very busy before dinnertime and might have to wait for a while otherwise. We were able to be seated and had really great service from the start. From getting drinks to ordering food, it was overall an amazing experience at this location. I love Texas Roadhouse every visit and this one was the best experience. ☺️

Perhaps the most well-managed place I’ve ever visited, and due to business I eat out four or five days a week. They opened at 3 today; I was there by 5 after and they’d already seated 30 or more. I came in between two other groups and was seated within 90 seconds. Very impressive. The servers are young, focused, respectful and knowledgeable (makes one wonder how other places have such poor servers, doesn’t it?). Ethan, my server, was excellent; cordial and quick. The Manager who walked through was equally attentive and professional. The food was good; but it was everything else that made this meal superior. I can’t wait to come back and see if they’re as good next time. 🙂

Food, in general, always prepared well. They get your order right, and that’s praiseworthy. Service is ok. Food comes quick, drink refills not so much. Steakhouse atmosphere is good but I sure miss them doing their line dances. The dances made dinner fun. But definitely a good place to get a steak.

I always split a meal with my wife here and it is a favorite eating place that we have been to several times a year for that last several years. We split the Ribeye and she gets a side salad or baked potato and I always get the chili with cheese and onion. Upon arrival we enjoy the biscuits with the cinnamon butter. If we have an appetizer it’s usually fried pickles. When we get our food it’s always perfectly prepared and delightful. She enjoys steak sauce and I enjoy the mushrooms and onions on the side. They have Coke products so the Dr pepper or sweat tea chases everything down well. Waitresses are always pleasant and helpful. Calling ahead is a good idea as this is a popular place. There is no other place I’d ever want to eat steak. I don’t even like steak, but theirs is juicy and so delicious you have to eat it slow and enjoy every savory bite entirely. Always a pleasurable experience!!!

Food wasn’t bad at all though salty for my and my group’s taste. The dinner rolls were very sweet in addition to the sweet cinnamon butter. I got sweet potato and glad I didn’t get it with marshmallows and cinnamon butter as the potatoes were sweet enough. The place was packed and service was still very good. The waitress was attentive and dealt well with a some of the colourful personalities in my group. My group enjoyed their food and time here. I have a suggestion to have some more room at the bar for patrons to wait while their table is being prepared.

Ahhh…Texas Roadhouse! The sound of music, the aroma of delicious steaks, and the sweet taste of buttery rolls that melt in your mouth and not in your hands! Eating at this place is like cozying up to a warm fire on a cold night with your favorite beverage, smooth and satisfying! The service was prompt, food hot and delicious. We had a great time here and just for a moment, all was good in the world…so the next time you want to get your insides tickled with the sweet taste of rolls and poke at a hot Delicious piece of meat…come to the Roadhouse here in Wichita, giving a new definition to Texas!
