Giving the Roadhouse a 4 for service. They are always slammed but they seat people as quickly as possible and have a great system in place. Servers were efficient and friendly and food comes out quickly. Bonus- they make a mean margarita and you can get an extra shot on the side for up to $3.

We went for my son’s 19th birthday and they were so nice. We loved the saddle they brought out for him to sit on. The food was excellent and plentiful! The service was also excellent. We went at 2:00 pm and they were already very busy! Highly recommend!

I came here on Black Friday when it was absolutely packed. We were told 50-60 minutes for our wait time (two of us), and they were spot on at 50 minutes. Multiple staff meme bets check in us throughout our meal, and the service was great. While my steak was a touch dry, it was cooked well and we left very satisfied. I was really impressed with their staff, and I would love to come back again soon.

The place was packed. We had an hour wait. I had the Portobello mushroom chicken. It was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. My sweet potato was delicious, and even better cold the next morning! The waitress, extremely busy, but kept a smile on her face the entire time. Great place to eat.

We came to eat on a Sunday afternoon. They were super busy but the food and service was not acceptable. We ordered grilled shrimp for an appetizer and it came out cold. We ordered steak and shrimp for a meal. The steak was supposed to be medium and it came out well done with crispy edges. The shrimp came out cold again so I sent that back because I wanted fresh shrimp. They took my shrimp back to the kitchen and microwaved it. Anyone that eats seafood knows you cannot microwave it because it turns it to rubber. After I told them the shrimp was microwaved they asked me if I just wanted it removed from the check. They didn’t even ask if I would like some more freshly made. And they allowed a younger group of ppl to bring a damn dog into the restaurant.

Got here for dinner, told about 40 min wait , took hour and half. The hostess melynn was super rude & put other people in front of us, that came in later than us, which we asked her about then she moved our paper in front when I asked about talking to a manager. We finally got seated & all of our drink cups are dirty and covered in a film. It was disgusting. Just not the best experience, for the price and time we wait to eat not what I expected when I go to eat at a stake house.
