Exact food you would expect at Roadhouse. Steaks were cooked perfect, food was good. Service was a bit too present but I would rather have that than someone who never shows. Food took a while to get there and it was two simple steaks. Luckily we were not on a schedule so it didn’t much matter. Given how hard it is to find good people, they more than covered us.

We arrived in the middle of lunch rush and were immediately greeted pleasantly by the hostess. A young man instantly sat us at the table and gave us fresh, hot rolls. Our waitress, Vanna, was extremely attentive, prompt, and nice. The food came out hot and was absolutely delicious. Everyone was nice and did a great job. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. We had an excellent experience here!

Great food.!!!! Wonderful service!!!! My wife had a smothered chicken breast with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. My mother-in-law and me had the chicken critters with mashed potatoes and cream gravy and fresh vegetables too. Their yeast dinner rolls are absolutely fantastic!!!! We started with an appetizer ” cactus blossom ” very yummy!!!

I ordered take-out for my wife. When I arrived, they were outrageously busy, but they still had the order ready on time. Furthermore, when I called the number to let them know that I had arrived, I offered to come inside to pick up the food so they didn’t have to bring it to my car in hopes that it would help them out. The girl was super friendly and she insisted on bringing it herself because it was hot outside and she didn’t want me to have to get out of my car. That is amazing service.

Nailed it! Texas Roadhouse in Joplin nailed it tonight with a eight ounce sirloin medium well and charred. Mark, Manager listened to how I wanted the steak and made it happen. He also listened to suggestions and thanked me for them. He is an awesome Manager. Jackie, Manager is wonderful and always helpful. Danielle, Manager is great also. Josie, our server was great also and kept me laughing the whole meal. Chandler is also very good in taking care of us. Kirah is amazing! She always greets me and is so cheerful and helpful! Plus several other ladies, Manager and Hostesses. Steaks and chicken and green beans are my favorites!Great food, Great People, Great Service!

Brought my son here for his 19th birthday, had a very nice time. The food was amazingly good, my Porterhouse T-bone was cooked to perfection, and his Smokehouse burger was quite a nice sight too. The rolls and whipped roadhouse butter just melt in your mouth.

We go here alot but this was the first time we had ever had issues with this place. Our waitress was wonderful but the spot we was seated in was horrible. I had a cricket jump on my drink. A manager took a item off our bill. Thw guy brought our food out and picked up a bread basket off the floor and handed it to another waitress over our food! Yuck! Then another cricket appeared so I asked for a to-go box after one or two bites of my food. I didn’t want a cricket landing in my food. I was told by a few employees that this booth always has this problem! My family was ready to go at this point and my son took his food home also. When they got out of their side of the booth there was some beetle type bugs in the seat. We did not get to enjoy our meal as a family unfortunately. Don’t sit in the very back corner on the left first booth in the corner!

This is my favorite steakhouse. It is always busy but they get you in quickly. I usually get the six ounce sirloin with baked potato and corn. Love their bread also. I love the seasoning they use on the steak. They also have peach tea which is excellent. Always great service!!
