This was our first time eating here. The service was good (because our waiter checked on us), we waited for about 40 min for our food to come after ordering, it was warm like it had been sitting. My husband’s steak, green beans and salad was outstanding The rolls and butter would be the only reason that I return The Onion blossom was delicious and hot. Our son ordered a cheeseburger and loaded fries. The cheese was not edible(please replace it). When he picked up one fry, the entire amount of cheese moved. It was taken off and moved to the side . The steak fries were burned. He enjoyed his burger I had the smothered chicken, with onions and mushrooms on top. I couldn’t have the sauce because I’m lactose intolerant. So our waiter subbed a brown gravy instead. It was okay, I had green beans(melt in your mouth ) and fries(salty and burned).

Texas Roadhouse is typically an amazing place to dine, and the servers always have a smile on their face. However Sophia B, a server we’ve yet to see till today, had absolute awful service towards us during our time here. We order our drinks AND food off the bat, but after 15 minutes we were sitting ducks with no rolls or drinks. I watched her mingle around the restaurant watching other guests and servers. Even two managers checked in on the surrounding tables but skipped right over us, and we finally caught one to let him know we’ve been ignored. After another 10-15 minutes a completely different server (that we’ve had before) brought us our food and was SO sweet to us! He was upset for us, that we received our food before anything else and Immediately left to get us our drinks. I wish I caught his name because he’s amazing and deserves recognition. During our hour long stay sophia B only got our order, then came back after we were done eating to ask if we wanted a to go box (for empty plates.) We Sat at table 237 around 3:40pm (40 minutes after opening). Even the manager that we stopped, didn’t come back to check in on us. We intend on coming back to the establishment but refuse service with Sophia. I hope her day gets better and she can be more friendly and less monotonous for future guests and towards her own coworkers. As far as Texas Roadhouse management, it’s should be common practice to do a quick check in on customers that have pulled you aside to speak to you about a situation.

Food was very good, as it usually is. The service is usually good. But tonight, the waitress was exceptional. Very attentive, had a great personality, and was just on top of things. She was very busy. If there was any negative, it was that it was so loud that had to raise your voice to talk to the other person at the table.

We’ve been to many long horns, this one is by far our best experience. Food was cooked perfectly and very quickly, but our server Libby was the absolute best part. She was the most respectful and accommodating server my wife and I have had in a long time. Can’t thank her enough for the great lunch. Will definitely be coming back.

A laid back steak house. Not the place for you if it’s super busy and you want food fast. Had about 30 min wait for table (for 2) another 30 min after ordering before served. We weren’t in a hurry, so we didn’t mind. We were fortunate to be able to find stools at bar to have cocktails while waiting for table. Bartender offered for us to eat there-when we declined he gave us a heads up kitchen was backed up by 30 to 45 min. That helped a lot as we knew what we were in for and were ready to order when waitress first came by. Food was good, steaks came as ordered.

My pops enjoyed his father’s day. Even with such a large crowd we waited about 30 mins. Everything we ordered was great! Their version of a blooming onion is the best I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something as I never way eat onions. Our steaks were so so tender and good. He definitely enjoyed his Father’s Day!
