Great experience. Granddaughter and I had early dinner there a couple days ago. We were seated in less than 5 minutes, music was on the loud side but we were able to converse without shouting at each other. Four dinner rolls with cinnamon butter spread were served immediately. Grand loved them, I thought they were good (bread’s not my thing). We started with deep fried pickles and a Cactus Blossom. Our server Josie thoughtfully let us know that the cactus sauce is on the spicy side in case we preferred something milder. We chose the spicy sauce and loved it, a little kick without the burn. I chose a dinner salad with ranch as one of my entree sides, grand had the Caesar salad. Wow. Who knew a simple salad could be so impressive. Served in well chilled dishes, fresh crisp cold lettuce with generous amount of dressing. Grand chose a cup of chili as a side and Josie let her know it would be served with cheese and onions on top, which was fine with granddaughter. We both sampled the chili, neither of us liked it, but not because there was something wrong with it. Just not the flavor profile we’re used to, a bit on the sweet side. My prime rib was served as ordered, medium rare, and was beyond delicious. My knife floated through the meat that melted in my mouth. The horseradish was fresh and snappy as it should be. My baked potato was good, too. Grand had New York strip done to a perfect medium and she said it was amazing. We had plenty of leftover appetizers to take home. Our hotel had Roadhouse coupons they gave us so one appetizer was complimentary. One of the managers, Jack/Jake stopped by our table and was very accommodating to a beverage request we had. He and Josie were very attentive to us, and that combined with great food means we’ll be visiting a Texas Roadhouse again.

This was my first time here and it was my husband’s birthday, the waitress was so nice and attentive. The manager brought over a plate with different side samples to try out. And the bread and butter was killer. The food was so good splurged and got the porterhouse and it’s so worth it! Definitely would come again!

Went here with a couple friends and had horrible experience. Food was good but service was not. Got denied water refills for not ordering any food even though I got an appetizer. Both me and my buddy had to fill up our cups in the bathroom and he ended up with ring worm. Not sure if I have it. I will never forgive them for this.

Rattlesnake bites too salty, medium ribeye and marshmallow loading sweet potato were so delicious!

I visited Texas Roadhouse Rochester for the first time. I wish they would not have you stand by the kitchen area. I have bad legs and I would of preferred setting at an open bench next to the young lady telling me where to stand. Taking names a better idea. Anyway I was soon seated and waited on by Lucas. He was friendly, polite. I asked for his opinion on a few choices and am glad I did. He took my order checked back with me at least 4 times during my visit. He took my drink order later after I saw my favorite beer sign Stella. He made sure my food was to my liking and waited on me like I was a huge table. I usually get less than great service dining alone. I had a pleasant dinner and Lucas followed up asking if I would like anything else, thanking me for visiting them and brought me a container food I couldn’t. Finish. My steak was excellent. Thanks Lucas for making a rough day I was having pleasant .

Great food, our waiter Andy was excellent, fun place! You can tell employees like working at Roadhouse. Busy but they work as a team, support each other to make you have a great dining experience. Amazing food….the rolls are fresh baked, you can tell food is made on site not processed. I liked the menu, many options. You can go meat coma or a small steak fresh veggies, salad. Always busy, minimal wait, return is planned.

Great food, cold beer, fun atmosphere. Got a kick out of the servers line dancing! My wife and I had a wonderful meal and Jake “with the long hair” was an excellent server who made the whole experience much more enjoyable! Looks forward to coming back again soon

We were seated and were givin our waters very promptly. It was very busy and crowded, as well as loud. But it was the Saturday evening dinner rush. That’s okay, it should be expected for a healthy, successful restaurant. My friend ordered salmon in a steak restaurant. Hmm… However, he said it was very good. His wife had steak and she said it was excellent and the way she wanted it. My wife tried the ribs and we are rib people and they were below average. The sauce and the meat flavor was just not there. She said she would never order ribs there again. I had the two pork chop dinner and asked for them to be cooked medium- well. Point being, if you get them well done or let them cook them the way they want to they will always, always be dried out. They came out excellent! Tender, moist and well-seasoned. I shared them with my wife and she enjoyed as well. I recommend them, I have been there before and they always do well. So, the ribs were disappointing, but it is a steakhouse, not a rib joint. One other thing I thought was disappointing is that I did not see the free peanuts. They had peanuts in a bag but I did not get a chance to see if you got them for free or had to ask for them. I guess we just got to go back and find out next time! I asked, and everyone said they would go back and recommend others to go there.

As you can see my last experience was good. I like TR, but I won’t be coming there anymore. I was just using the last gift card I had. My mom loves TR, and I brought her the time before that. She has Alzheimer’s and can’t have alcohol, but I was told they couldn’t make virgin margaritas. I asked to speak with the manager, but he said it was a new policy and that it was too hard to keep the orders straight. Seriously? Servers have to keep all kinds of orders straight so that’s a ridiculous excuse and it could be easily fixed. Even though it’s one of my mom’s favorite places, you have lost many customers as we are a big family and none of us are coming back.

Pretty loud, but the friendly service and AMAZING food make it totally worth it. I had a better steak here than I got at Pittsburgh Blue steakhouse– AND at a fraction of the cost. The bread is awesome! Will be back!
