Went to Texas Roadhouse this weekend, and it was definitely a wait. I do understand why the wait is so great. Can I first start with the hot rolls with sweet butter. Our server was great. Even though his area was busy, he was quite attentive. He was pleasant and funny. He took very good care of us. Our food came out nice and fast. The food was good. We had the blooming onion for an appetizer. For our meals, we had the fish fry with steak fries and salad; country fried chicken, loaded mashed potatoes and green beans; sirloin steak with grilled shrimp , salads and baked potatoes. I would definitely go again . . . Just maybe when it’s not very busy. I get grossed out when the seats and floors are dirty as well as a napkin set that was dirty that nobody in our party touched. During busy times like that, it would be nice to make sure that the tables, seats and floors are clean for every new customer that comes and dine at your restaurant. I’ll try your restaurant again. I just hope that it’s cleaner next time. Nobody wants to eat good food in a filthy environment.

Our waitresses were WONDERFUL!! It was 16 of us and the ladies kept their cool. The manager even took the time to speak to us and made sure everything was good. The food was delicious. Way to go Oak Creek location.

Great atmosphere full of positive energy. Servers are pleasant and easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. This was my very first visit to Texas Roadhouse. I went there with friends to celebrate my birthday on July 6th. Started my meal with the “blooming onion rings” for the appetizer, then salad with blue cheese dressing. I had the bone-in 20oz for my entree. Although it took two attempts to get it right, (hence, 4 out of 5 stars in the food category, although server was very accommodating), the steak was seasoned well, had excellent marbling, and was nicely charred. I finished off my dining experience with French vanilla ice cream courtesy of the restaurant and picked up a bag of peanuts on the way out. Overall great experience – I highly recommend it. It had great food I really loved there rolls with the cinnamon butter it’s really soft and filling. The server I personally had was a nice lady she had a friendly smile and made jokes and asked me was my drink to sweet and if it was she could remake it for me which I appreciate and thought was nice. It can get busy there but your not left waiting long for your food to come.

Ok. Couple things, music was blasting for a bit, server was decent but I noticed another who wasn’t ours touching his face and running his hands through his hair while either carrying a plate or a drink. Management should brush up on some of that. My pops ordered a cut of prime rib which they didn’t have, no biggie but then the cut ordered looked like a piece was cut out and very fatty. I had the cabob meat over rice which had flavor but meat was very dry for medium cooked meat.

My Experience at Texas Roadhouse was horrible. Food, Service and Atmosphere. Both my husband and I had food missing from our plate. I ordered kabobs. They were dry and i couldn’t swallow it.
