Great service! Our server was the greatest, Rachel, I believe… My steak was pretty tasteless. I visited another location a couple of months ago, and this dinner was great, but not the same at this location. We had a good birthday family meet-up regardless.

We had a large party so we were split between two tables, with two different servers but both tables received excellent service! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the rolls were on point as usual. We all received alcoholic beverages and they were delicious. Also thanks for the birthday surprise for my mom, she thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated it.

This was our first visit and we love the service and food. I had the bone in ribeye, my wife had the grill shrimp and we both had sides. The ribeye was the best and the grill shrimp was outstanding. We will be going back, when u get a chance try this restaurant!!

I was lucky I didn’t wait to be seated though it was crowded. Delicious food. The ribeye steak was juicy and the baked potato was so good with the onion cactus. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The servers are very friendly. Love the vibes of this restaurant.

Ordered Chicken strips for my daughter and got Nuggets which aren’t on the menu. I called immediately and asked if they had changed the menu because she did not get strips she got nuggets. I was told by the Carry out Manager that those were strips and sometimes depending on how they come from the supplier that’s what you get. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN!

This place was packed! I can see why the food is great the service was the best I wish I could remember our waitress name but she talked to us and made the mood at our table even better. Ribs were my favorite plus the bread I couldn’t stop eating lol I was so full I couldn’t eat my burger but had it later. I would call in advance if you wanna get in then waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes

Our waiter Kevin was amazing. Never needed to flag him down; he just magically knew when we had a question, needed more soda or rolls. Absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t have had better service/experience.

Made reservations on New Year’s day. We had a few late additions to our party. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They worked it out so we can all sit together(2 tables). They informed us that our server just clocked in. Instead of making us wait for him, they took our drink and appetizer orders. When he greeted us, he did so with us smile. Very friendly and had us laughing. Majority of the party ordered the salmon, which was delicious! The salads were amazing as well. I couldn’t get enough of my Caesar salad, the blooming onion, and those rolls! Some had burgers, fries, steak, but no one had complaints. We all left very happy and very full! Thanks to the staff for helping us start the new year right! We will definitely be returning.

I ordered the ribs and please understand I have eaten here many many times in the past and was very happy but this time the ribs were overdone and hard around the edges. They brought out a second half order because the first one was pulled apart in an attempt to eat and they felt it was something I should pay for. The second order come out and it was as bad as the first. Then a manager said will I was showed him the burnt edges that he does not think it is burnt. Clearly a bad executive decision to question the customer instead of finding a way to deal with the complaint. I am writing as I await the decision to charge me or not. It appears he lower the invoice to half the order but not good enough I eat approximately 1/3 of three pieces. I explained to the waitress that I was not paying take the invoice back and have it re evaluated. The manager come back and said I was not clear it what I wanted so that is why he only discounted the invoice. After 10 minutes he come back and take the bill and said it was dealt with I am leaving assuming that meant i was not being billed. He also told me the food was not overdone and I was wrong so not only did they make nothing out of the meal but they lost a customer forever or until someone higher up makes an attempt to rectify the issue.
