Every Sunday my coworkers and I order take out from here. Every Sunday something is left off our order. The first time the salad was left off but they gave me my salad dressing. The second time no bread was given. The third week I ordered beef tips with mashed potatoes and green beans. I specifically asked the Togo girl to check the order before I left. She did not. So I looked in the bag and seen the correct number of to go containers, 3 for 3 entrees. I should have opened each and every box, but did not because I wouldn’t want others opening my box. However I see this is necessary because they gave me mashed potatoes and gravy and another bowl of gravy only leaving off my green beans. I will NOT return here for any to go food. The only way they can get my business again is if I go in, sit down, and eat.

We’ve eaten here twice since they opened the “new” restaurant. The first time, a few months ago, was a disaster. Only 1 meal out of the 6 at our table was edible. One. The food was cold. One person found paper in their pasta. The manager agreed to comp our meals. A couple of weeks ago, we met another couple. Our server, Zak, was terrific. Enthusiastic, personable, knowledgeable. The food was much better, but not to the point this will become a regular place to eat

Was my birthday! Had steak, salad, bakes potato! Did want the blooming onion but we got there a little late! We didn’t wait long for a table! Food was great! Service was good! Didn’t tell the crew about my birthday. We were on the late night after some very great shopping! But all was really good!!! Thanks Texas Roadhouse!!!! Lena

We meet with 5 people about one week after they opened their new facilities. We were very pleased using the join the wait list function on the app. Once we arrived our wait was a very minimal. We sure do like the much newer and roomier building. We all agreed these were some of the best steaks we have had in a long time. Good job to the front end and back end staff. We will see you soon

Three people out for a good meal. Kitchen botched the steaks ordered by two people and then took 30 minutes to make good. So I ate alone and then watched the other two eat when their steaks finally came. Manager was asked to adjust the bill. He took a paltry $15 off my meal and said that it would be “free” because l wasn’t able to eat with the others (it wasn’t free). Excuse me, THEIR meal price should have been adjusted because they could not eat with me. I don’t think I have met a manager less qualified to be a manager. He needs a refresher in customer service and restaurant management.

Came here about 6pm on a Wednesday. Greeted upon entering by the Hostess. Gave cell number and was texted within 20 minutes when a table was ready. Waitress was knowledgeable. I ordered house salad ranch dressing. The ranch dressing was super thick & tasted homemade? For meal i ordered smothered grilled chicken & broccoli. Chicken juicy & flavorful. Mushrooms, onions, & cheese topped the chicken. Broccoli was fresh & slightly crunchy. A great dining experience. Will return!
