Give it a 4.9 they have extremely good cuts of steak for a chain restaurant. I’ve eaten here multiple times and always have my steak cooked at perfect medium or medium well, whichever i ask.

It was a wonderful experience, I got the porterhouse and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly, and our server was extremely attentive without hovering over the table. My wife ordered the filet medallions with the portobello mushroom sauce. It, too, was cooked the way she wanted. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

As a former cook at another location, it takes a lot for me to return to eat here. My family loves it. I was disappointed in the lack of flavor in the pulled pork and large the amount of liquid on the plate. Also the very strong mayo flavor of the ranch and I know there had to be some of the dressing packet missing. And over abundance of salt on the baked potato… I don’t need high blood pressure from one meal, thank you

For the 1st time ever we were here last week, 02/07, expecting to have some delicious food. Wait was long but with it being Friday it was fine. We ordered the steak with shrimps and some sides. Steak was chewy, flavorless, and NASTY so we decided to just eat the sides. Server never came back to check on us. 1 star for rolls and mango margarita. 1st and last time coming here.

Wow. This was SUCH a great experience. From the hostess up front to our waiter Gabe, the service was phenomenal and they made our day. I was trying to eat low calorie so I got an 8oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, and veggies and that was only 750 calories. It made me super happy. So flavorful and fresh! My sirloin was cooked perfectly too. I was very pleasantly surprised. My boyfriend got a NY strip, ceasar salad and steak fries and he loved every bit and I had a bite of each and it was all delicious. The steak fries were seasoned to perfection!!

We sat at the bar bartender never said who she was, asked what we would like to drink and if we were eating at the bar? Have or cocktail order then she came back took out order said she would get us bread in a min. Someone brought out my salad another server brought out our food as soon as our food was sat down the bartender ask was everything ok? Told her we haven’t even you a bite we had to ask them server who brought our food if we could have some bread? She came right back with the rolls. The bartender never came to ask if or good was ok or if we needed anything else she got another customer at the bar it took a good 3 mins for her to even acknowledge him then she got 2 two tops took their order brought our their drinks salads still has not been back to us to ask if everything ok this is more a good 28 mins into our meal. At 2:45 I finally had to wander to let her know we needed a check and to go boxes told her I thought she had forgot us she said no I can’t give you more attention than the other guests. We never got any attention. I wrote on ticket that she would have gotten a 18% to if we had good service the food was great service SUCKED. I have been in there hospitality business for over 30yrs I trained servers I was a manager for 17yrs, you at least acknowledge your customers if you get slammed you let the other customers know you will be with them just as soon as possible you never ignore one customer for another thinking your going to get a better tip. I usually tip 20/30% depending on the service. If the food is bad I know it’s not the servers fault it the chef you give good service you get a great trip if it’s nothing you can make right. she’s could have been a better server.

Hi. I love Texas Roadhouse (I am from Houston). I was on a business trip and decided to eat here. Sadly my meal was awful. I ordered the pulled pork dinner, but the look and taste was off. I toll a bite and immediately knew something was wrong. I told my waiter and he just looked at me and said “ok” and kept walking. I thought about asking for a Manager but I did not want to make a scene. I just paid and left. I wont be back.
