Had the grilled salmon, I know for a steakhouse like what are you getting haha but seriously felt on the lighter side and it was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly the place was pretty packed and the staff were quickly to serve and seat surprisingly. My wonderful waiter Tyler did a phenomenal job in service, kindness, and going above and beyond. I will definitely be back whenever I visit this area! Lovely town!!

I enjoy going here for the food, atmosphere, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I’m not a big steak eater, but when I go here, I definitely get the sirloin and shrimp. They cook the steak how you want it, and if you need something, they’re very accommodating. The people who take your name and number at the front are so incredibly warm and friendly. We have a lot of laughs with them as we’re waiting for our table and they’re multitasking. It has been very busy every time we’ve gone, but it’s so worth it. The prices are very reasonable too.

First time we have had dinner at this location. I was very impressed! Wait time was very short but they were slammed! After watching the servers and table busser’s I understood why the wait time was so short. I’m not exaggerating at this at all. It took on average from the time someone leaves the table till someone was being seated between 2 to 3 minutes Max! My hats off to the staff and managers to make all that come together so smoothly. Most restaurants I go to the tables sit dirty for 5 to 15 minutes or longer. Food was good and staff was great. We had a small issue and it was addressed exactly as you would have expected. Re cooked food and a manager delivered it to make sure it was correct. Hats off to this location!

We walked in several employees were gathered around the front desk while other guest that came into the restaurant after my party were seated. When we were finally seated our waitress took our orders and we never saw her again until we asked other waitstaff to get her. Our food was ice cold and the prime rib was all fat and gristle. The manager came over did not charge us but I felt she was less than enthusiastic about having to deal with myself and my party. This franchise is not worth going back to. Every restaurant should strive to serve a great meal from drinks to the desert. Covid is no excuse it’s worn out!!!!

Not usually a fan of corporate restaurants, but our first experience at Roadhouse was an unexpected pleasure. Friendly greetings at the door by the hostess made us feel welcome. The server was there when needed and helped us decide on meals. The meals were flavorful and plentiful….steaks were high quality, tender, juicy and cooked perfectly. Definitely going to return for more. Forgot to take pics of the steaks!

It all started with the wait time but then led to my 90 plus year old grandmother trying to get to our table. She has a walker and couldn’t get through an area, everyone was just watching her and doing nothing. So I went over and decided to move the table that was in the way and got some of the ugliest looks by the servers watching. So i must wonder if she had such a hard time getting through is it ADA compliant? The video during my visit should show how she was struggling. Then I was told I was being rude to the server when all I did was answer their question of “how my day was going”? They left and said we’ll bring someone even though i said don’t worry everyone is hungry and this will have to do. They left and that’s when Kylie who was in charge came over which felt very aggressive as i was sitting there. I found out later she was in charge of the location and decided to come out to talk with me though it was a one sided aggressive conversation. Then I was accused of cursing at them but when I said no I didn’t because i was talking to my family it changed to well people heard you that’s why they were getting up. The whole time Kylie was talking down to me as if I were a child in front of a room full of people again felt aggressively one side. Said you don’t have to eat here you can eat somewhere else. If I was not there for a birthday celebration and had my kids with me I would of left after saying what I really wanted to. Let’s get to the food I ordered the 8oz steak cooked medium with corn and chili. It all came out cold so I couldn’t help but feel it was intentional but being that they I was already on her radar I just went back to my Army days and ate my food cold without returning it. The server was great throughout the stay so this reflects only on everything else. After finishing I decided to try to actually have a conversion with Kylie and it so happened that she was now gone.
