I haven’t been here in a few years. I was hoping we’d have a positive experience. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. I had to send my steak back due to it being overcooked. (Which I hate doing). It took over 20 minutes for the next one to come out. And that was after everyone else at the table had finished their meal. We had to ask for appetizer plates. All the other tables were set with them, but ours was not. And our server wasn’t very attentive. I think she was overwhelmed. She also didn’t split our checks correctly. After a discussion, the manager did take my steak off our bill. I was really disappointed in the experience we had. I’m not sure if we’ll go back anytime soon.

I’ve only had good experiences here. The early bird specials are pretty good bang for your buck. They let me pick my steak from the case and it didn’t cost me anything extra, so you should go pick your steak if you know a good cut of meat (perks of being a cattleman). My steak was actually cooked to order, so if you normally order it a little less well done because so many places overcook them you might not need to do that here. Our server Kai was great!

Went to this Texas road house yesterday, our server was amazing!! The rest was disappointing!! Waited 10 minutes after being seated for our server, who then apologized cause know one told her she had a table!! Ordered food the waited over 30 minutes for food!! Our server kept coming and would apologize for the kitchen taking so long! Again server was awesome and it wasn’t her fault!! Talked to manager at time and he apologized and went to find out what was going on. 45 minutes later our food came out, and it was over cooked and burnt!! Steak was supposed to be medium!! The cooks had the audacity to flip the steak over so the burnt side was down!! Absolutely unbelievable!! Will never be going back again!! Very disappointed

We met my parents here today 6/17 at 11:30am. There was a bit of a wait getting in. Once we were finally seated things started to really move at a fast pace. Anthony was our waiter and what a TOTAL ROCK STAR this guy was. I am a BBQ cook so, I ordered the pull pork meal just to see how it would turn out. It was simply perfect! That meal is all I want to order from now on. That with the humorous, quick witted and fast acting Anthony as our service person…. ….what a great lunch experience we had today. My dad always adds the tip in with the bill and then puts in a brand new $2 bill with the existing tip just to see how the wait staff person will react. I told my dad that this will not throw him off… …he’ll probably have a joke to go with it. Great start to Fathers Day Weekend here!

Great experience. The entire team was helpful and attentive. Ordered the Salmon with rice and it was prepared perfectly. Bobby was our server and was amazing. He was present and addressed any concern quickly and efficiently! Brad was the manager and he made himself present if we had any concerns. Over all great experience.

We had to wait a little while but that was okay we sat outside . When we were called the waitress brought our drinks right away. The food was very delicious I will definitely go back. And also sent was my first time there I got a coupon for a free appetizer the next time I go. Service was outstanding everyone was kind they kept coming by and checking and not just one person the staff kept coming it was really nice.
