Popular spot. Took 10 min to get a server to our table. Drink and rolls came after a long wait, appetizer came with dinner, my steak was not medium. The others were cooked perfectly. They always taste a 5 though! Love their steaks. The shrimp were undercooked and bland. I’d give 1-2 stars but the steak was too good.

This is my 2nd time at this location the 1st time was amazing from start to finish but this time the service we received was awful. It didn’t take long to be seated at all but there was several issues we had with the waitress that was assigned to us. We received our silverware (still had food particles on them both and my set had a piece of hair in it I asked the waitress “can we get 2 new sets please they are not clean and mine has hair in it” we didn’t get an apology or anything she just picked them up and walked off). We ordered sweet tea and the combination of 3 appetizers (rattlesnake bites, potato skins and the boneless chicken). We were told that they were out of the potato skins but we could switch out the potato skins and get the loaded steak fries in it’s place (no problem). She comes back to the table with just a plate of the loaded fries so I ask her what happened to the chicken and rattlesnake bites? She says “oh I didn’t know that’s what you wanted” after she was the one to recommend the fries in place of the potato skins then she tells us they are out of the rattlesnake bites (no problem we’ll just take 2 servings of the boneless chicken with BBQ sauce). She comes back to the table with a basket of COLD BBQ chicken (at this point I’m getting fed up because this is ridiculous). We finally got our main course (didn’t matter that it took longer cause it took us some time to make up our minds on what we wanted to eat). We finished eating and asked for to go plates and some rolls (she tells us “they’re a little over done I’m not sure if you still want them or not” (I’m thinking to myself a little golden brown isn’t so bad). I just opened the box and they are not a “little over done” they are BURNT. I don’t know why she felt that the way she treated us was acceptable at all and I will make sure that the next time we go we are not serviced by that waitress (Skye) ever again.

We haven’t been to a Texas roadhouse in a while so we decided to pop in on our trip to Disney. Service was slow with few visits to the table. The steak was dry and overcooked and the potato tasted like it came from Wendy’s. Texas roadhouse usually has A+ potatoes so I’m not sure how this left expo, as it wasn’t warm enough to melt butter. We had to figure out for ourselves how to pay, as the waitress never returned to the table after the food was delivered. We didn’t have a manager visit. Drinks were slow to be refilled. Bread came to the table 10-15 minutes after being seated, kids were seated without kids menus/crayons. Host stand was friendly and we didn’t have to wait too long to be seated. We left wondering if Texas Roadhouse had changed or if we had.

Very satisfied and amazing customer service. I want to give credit to Cede and Sam working the bar. They took care of each client and stayed on top of making sure everyone had what they needed. Throughout my dining experience I was asked if I needed anything at the appropriate times. The two bar tenders were what made the dinning experience an excellent rating on the service.

Stopped in for lunch. Wonderful waitstaff. Food came out very quickly and tasted great. The manager came by, said hi, and welcomed us. Overall great experience and the food was spot on (Cheese-fries and a burger).
