We come in here probably twice a week and we love Alyssa and Mattie. We will only sit at the bar unless its the far side. We have received such amazing service that anyone else i feel would not compare. The ac is entirely too cold and we would rather go somewhere else then sit under the ac fan. We even comment as people sit under it and you see how miserably cold they are. The food has always been great and service is impeccable but the building itself needs some tlc. It looks older and not kept well. I always buy at least one bottle of wine and tonight the cooler door fell off as she was getting my bottle out. This screams to come upgrade me and i can only imagine what else needs to be repaired. But please keep your staff and great service just upgrade the building.

Awful experience all the way around! Called to place a take out order, The woman who went to take my order asked if I had tried placing the order online or through the app, I told her no I was paying with a gift card and the rest in cash. Don’t offer to take orders over the phone if The employees working Antigo have an issue taking orders over the phone. When me and my husband picked up our food the guy that brought our food out had spit or ranch on the side of his mouth and proceeded to wipe it in front of us while holding our food. On the way home I realize they left our bread out of the bag I called and asked if I could come and pick the bread up the girl that answered the phone said that I could try but they were very busy and didn’t have a lot of bread. My husbands filet was so small and not cooked properly. Terrible experience all around and will never be back.

Are server was really nice and really generous. The guy at door to get seated was really nice fast service really good place to eat and relax with family for a nice cooked lunch or dinner I’ll most definitely be coming back alot. Thank you Texas road house for showing how a restaurant should be like and treat customers my hats off to you guys

FLY IN MY FOOD. So this is my first time here. I was super excited to come here. I ordered a entree with a salad as my side. The salad had a dead FLY in it as I was eating it. I requested not to get my entree because I was so sick from the fly being in my salad. The manager, Maddy, starting laughing stating that it happens sometimes. When I asked how I would be accommodated for my horrible experience she said, “I didn’t charge you for your food.” I said, “Mam I never even had my food that’s not accommodating.” She then stated there is nothing she can do. She reluctantly gave my guest a complimentary appetizer the next time they come. But not me. Sarah the waitress was amazing. She is the only thing I enjoyed during my experience. I will never return. Horrible customer service.

Everyone at this location seemed very happy and upbeat! Being in the restaurant business for 30 plus years, it’s very natural for me to observe the positives and the opportunities! I also overheard the server talking the guests behind me! She was very attentive and went above and beyond for the guests behind me! Of course my server was very pleasant and did a wonderful job too! Betsy, the assistant store manager, was awesome as well! You can tell that the team follows her upbeat and positive energy! I truly believe she is making an impact with the team guests! we had the worst waitress. she never refilled our drinks, our food came out at different times the to go order came out 1 at a time this was the worst. I try to give her my ticket to play she said she will b right bk and went to the next table n never came bk another waitress help us n she got the tips

While Traveling through SC and NC on business, I ate at 4 Texas Roadhouses in 4 days. This was not the worst one. The rolls were good, the beer was cold, service was great. She was by her self and it was busy as all get out. Without her, this would be 2.5 stars honestly. The ribs were not bad, but not as good as Jacksonville, NC. that was the gold standard on my trip. The worst part was the salad. I’ve seen lettuce that was starting to go brown around the edges, but this was decomposing and slimy. Not sure how you let this slip by. it was 15% of the salad and kind off-putting for the rest of the meal cause you can’t help but think “OK, if they let that leave the kitchen, what else is going on back there?” management did stop by and check on me, I showed him the lettuce, they asked me if I wanted anything else, and I didn’t, but guess what? The lettuce still sat there in front of me until I left. The guy sitting next to me ordered a med rare porterhouse and I think it was like $32.00. It came out med well at least. One thing I have noticed about this chain is that they are very quick to offer to replace the item, which is good, except if you don’t fix the core issue that is causing these things to happen, you just loose money and repeat customers.
