Texas Roadhouse is a great restaurant!!! My wife and I stopped in for dinner and I must say that the food was delicious. Also the restaurant was a little busy but service was not compromised by the crowd. We started with drinks and butter rolls. Our order came surprisingly fast. I have no complaints about Texas Roadhouse this place was nice, I will be going back.

I ordered online and it took over an hour to get my food. I stood in a long line outside only to get to the window to hear it wasn’t ready. I was missing sides, rolls and my steak wasn’t cooked to order. I asked for Cinnamon, butter and brown sugar on my sweet potato and they didn’t even cut it open. I spoke to the manager who tried to make the order right, but I still was missing items.

First time ever to Texas roadhouse, can’t wait to come back. We had the appetizer sampler with boneless wings, potato skins and twisted mozzarella, all was delicious and seasoned well. I heard so much about the fresh rolls and cinnamon butter, I couldn’t stop eating them. My mom had a chicken salad with shrimp added, I had the ribeye steak, absolutely delicious! Our server Sean was really nice and patient with us during our stay so shout out to him!

I often judge a restaurant chain by its consistency and after an amazing experience in Chattanooga, we were really looking forward to this but left disappointed. The steak felt more chewey, the shrimp less tasty (possibly the marinade). Service was excellent though.
