We stopped in to this Texas Roadhouse location while passing through Altoona visiting a relative. The service was very good, and our server was always checking on us with a good attitude. The food came out quick and was well prepared. I had the All American Cheeseburger. It was cooked well and tasted good. My son had the pulled pork, and we also had the 6oz sirloin.

We got the country fried sirloin, beef tips, and the veg platter. The sirloin was great and sides were amazing! The beef tips were cooked at the right temperature. The veg platter was great! The waitress was so sweet and so great. She got us all of the things we wanted, no questions asked!

We got there early on a Sunday and still had a small wait. The food was well worth the wait though. This was my first visit and they make a great first impression. I got the 8oz handcut sirloin, that I didn’t personally pick out (which you can), but they made a great choice. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection. The meal came with 2 sides so I got a salad and steak fries. Both sides were generous helpings. And then there’s the rolls, all you can eat…. soft, buttery, rolls of greatness. Will definitely eat here again.

Great portions, even greater service! This place is well worth the wait. This is my 2nd time at Texas Roadhouse and it is consistently delicious. Everything is fresh and cooked perfectly! Andrea was very attentive and took good care of us. Kudos to the management for running a tight ship, we see why this place was packed! I will be back when I visit town again, thank you!

The food was great. The quantity of food was perfect. They need to ask if you want more rolls before just bringing them to you. There were 2 of us and we ate first 4 rolls then they brought 4 more. They did send them home with us. The price for the amount of food you get was well worth the price.

Very busy for a Wednesday at 6pm however we didn’t have a wait time and everything was fast. Our server was very tentative to our needs, had no issues with food and everything tasted great. Spent $80 with an app, 3 entrees, and two alcoholic beverages with extra shots in them. Overall a very good dining experience, would recommend and go back.
