The honey butter bread was really good. The blooming onion was also great. The other appetizers were okay. The ribs were very good but got a bit salty as you ate them. The steak was cooked a bit under and didn’t have a good sear. The corn, mashed potato and sweet potato were all good. The Mac and cheese was not the best. Sweet tea was also okay. Overall a good spot.

Went with my family to dine in, before sending my son to college. I was told to wait 5 minutes by the line to be seated. Waited almost half an hour to be seated with my 18 month son in my hands. Then later was seated. Waitress was okay, later never informed us how long the wait would be for the food. Place sucks in bringing your food on time. The Wait Sucks!

Called to get seated by front desk worker-stood by meat counter for over ten minutes, no waitress ever showed up to lead us to our table. I walked over to the worker at the front desk-asked if she had assigned us a waitress to get us seated. Another nearby employee stated that they “were cleaning off your table”…. I said thank you, and returned to my family who were still standing near the meat counter. Two minutes later we were led to a table, with a sopping wet bench cushion. I walked out and asked for a rag to wipe down the seat, so that we could finally get seated. Our waitress was very, very nice, and attentive to all our needs as we ate our meals. After boxing up leftovers, I told our waitress it would be under one check, and I was a veteran. She stated the restaurant only gives a veteran discount on Tuesday(Fort Drum less than 20 minutes away). What a slap in the face that was! I served seven days a week on Active Duty, not just on Tuesdays. I will never eat again at this business, and would hope all military men and women avoid it as well. This was by far the worst experience I/we have ever had at a restaurant.

Reserve a table ahead if coming in the evening, as it gets crowded inside. Once texted that table is ready, there is still 10-15 min wait inside – which felt odd that it was wait on top of wait.

This location was great, we were in town and decided to stop in for dinner. Reserved a spot online prior to arriving and immediately were seated on a Saturday night. All the staff was friendly that we encountered, my husband ended up getting a 12oz filet out of the selection and I a 6oz, perfectly cooked and I mean every bite gone perfect. We also added the shrimp to each dish and those were also good. Not a complaint to be had from our experience, Texas Roadhouse pretty much tops most chain steakhouses with food and over all service!

Don’t order the Chicken Fried Steak!!! Service was excellent. Vinnie was my server and he along with his team were very attentive and professional. It is incredibly LOUD. I never noticed how loud it is there and perhaps it was were I was seated, no clue. Now what made this a terrible experience is the chicken fried steak. I am thinking it around 1/16″ in thickness (maybe 1/8 at the few “meaty” parts) and so well done I guess it was a good thing it was sooooo thin or else it would have been incredibly tough. For $16.00 I was expecting more beef than breading which was thicker than the beef in places. So disappointing, what is the point of having something like this on the menu…I am thinking they began with a 4 oz sirloin and just pounded the heck out of it. The breading was crunchy but any enjoyment ended there. Seriously well done, tasteless beef entree. The worse chicken fried steak I have ever had and I would not recommend it nor order it again.
