We went without any reservations on Sunday and we were given a table less than 5 min waiting. Staff is very young and super efficient . Our meals were on time and we loved country fried chicken and baked potato side. Atmosphere was fun with music but not loud at all. It a good place for any age

It’s Mother’s Day so we knew it would be busy. Took advantage of checking in on the app. We get there after driving 30m and still waited an hour, no big deal. We ordered which it took another 50m to get. Ordered a 18oz ribeye steak medium rare, with shrimp and something else.. honestly can’t remember. We waited so long we decided to just box up as soon as we got the food because we were all tired at that point and just wanted to go home. When the food came I noticed the steak looked almost burnt so I decided to cut it open and it was WELL done when we asked for red middle. Because it was so busy the waiter said I can get the manager but it will take a while and you will have to wait longer. We decided to just go home.. so get home and realized the shrimp didn’t even come with the steak. We paid $4.00 extra for shrimp and something else and this is all we got for a $34.00 meal 🙁 I mean we paid that much for a steak not even to our liking and just gave to

My first time ever at a Texas Roadhouse and it was a very good experience. Server was attentive to my friends dairy allergy and made sure his food came out with no dairy or touching dairy of any kind. I liked to see that without us having to be pushy or even ask. All done by them. A+ for that. Food was delicious too! I had a grilled salmon salad with low fat dressing and the server also took it upon himself to put the bacon on the side in case I didn’t want it. I highly recommend going to Texas Roadhouse!

Tonight we had dinner at The Texas Roadhouse in Waterbury CT. From start to finish it was fantastic. Kristy was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She took great care of us. Then the staff did line dancing on certain songs. It was so entertaining. It shows that the staff care about the customers and about each other. It was a very positive dining experience.
