Tonight I stopped by the midnight cravings and got a late night dinner for me and my husband! It did not disappoint! I love Mac n cheese but I never find a place to order it that’s good! This place is great! The chicken on mine was delicious and my husbands brisket was super good too! Highly recommend!! The people who run this food truck are also great! 10/10 for sure!!!

Amazing! I wish I had the capability to describe this place in any other way. I had the brisket, my wife had the grilled buffalo chicken, and the kids had just plain ol’ Mac and cheese. We all throughly enjoyed our food.

Came down to Lubbock for the weekend and drove by this place and decided to stop by & Im so glad I did. Hands down, best mac & cheese I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the Brisket Mac Bowl and it was 10/10. The brisket was so juicy and tender and the mac and cheese had an amazing taste!

I absolutely LOVE this food truck. When they are not here at TTU on Food Truck Wednesday, I’m so sad. My favorite is the Green Chili Chicken (smoked). The serving size is great, and I like that a portion of the proceeds go to help students attend Red Raider Camp. I’ll miss them over the Summer. But, I have something to look forward to in the Fall!!
