I had the pleasure of trying a burger that left me speechless. The flavor of the meat was amazing, with a juicy and flavorful center that simply melted in the mouth. The fresh and top-quality vegetables added a crispy texture and a refreshing contrast, taking the experience to another level.

I was charged over 20% tax plus 8% inflation. Tax charge is illegal. That’s infuriating! I questioned the manager and he said it’s built into the POS by the owner. He has no control over it. Owned by Now and Forever, owned by Khawar & Sons. The food and service was great but I will not be returning. I’m sure they owe a lot of customers a refund. I will be getting mine from them directly or from the State Comptroller’s office. Always Check your Receipt.

I have to say this place has had a huge improvement compared to what is was about 6-7 months ago. The food is actually arriving to the table hot, fresh and delicious. And there are lots of new staff which is amazing in itself. I’m glad this place has turned itself around for the better. Please keep up the good work. Heard about this place a few years ago and finally decided to try it out! Off I-10 East, just on the other side of Beltway 8 (East Belt) between Houston and Baytown (Magnolia exit), this place is well worth stopping by if you like fantastic country cooking styled dishes. Not only was the quality and quantity of the food above & beyond what was expected but the cleanliness of the restaurant and service was excellent. Serving commercial truckers as well as the regular public with plenty of safe, clean parking. I believe they also own the store next to the cafe as well.

Was kinda of doubting to come here because it’s next to a gas station, but I read reviews and decided to come with the family. Larissa our waitress was amazing and food was great, price was reasonable. Definitely recommend this place

My loaded fries were awesome. The alamo burger is huge and delicious. My wife got a patty melt and said it was great. Waitress was attentive and helpful. Definitely going back when I’m in the area.

My co-worker and I came here for lunch. We were expecting a little burger joint, but the restaurant was rather nice. The waiter was attentive. The food came fast. The burger was pretty dang good. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I’d heard how great this place was from several people, and finally decided to stop in for lunch around 1 o’clock on a Thursday afternoon. I wanted something delicious and comforting, and they did NOT disappoint! The food was wonderful, very generous portions, friendly atmosphere and the whole place was very clean. Our server Ashley was fabulous! She was knowledgeable of menu items, offered suggestions and was the perfect amount of attentive. Never had to ask for anything more than once (and I’ll admit that I’m a polite but needy customer), refills always on time, checked back often, but didn’t hover. As a restaurant manager myself, I often try to poach great servers from other establishments (haha), but you could tell that Ashley enjoyed working there and she spoke highly of her current employer. That says a lot about the place also. Great job guys! I’ll definitely be sending you more business, and I’ll be back soon. Thanks for the great lunch!

!!!Customers and truckers beware!!! If you are looking for cheap quality food or ridiculous small portions of food, this place is not for you! This Texas size place is great to fill up any Texan size tummy. Great food and prices! This is my second time and will visit more! $2 margarita is a plus!
